The main character Asher has been in many not so good relationships and he meets someone new, his friends warn him about rushing into things and remind him of his past experiences but they support him and his new found love
Milo's pov As the good boyfriends me and Hayes are we got them gifts after they went shopping with are money. They didn't hesitate to go all out either, the whole truck we filled with bags. When Asher started driving the conversations we heard were outrageous
Asher: Thanks for buying me stuff Hayes : ) Hayes: You welcome bae Dakota: Asher I almost forgot to tell you! This dude in the mall was trying to get put on with you! Asher: Whatttt bro this dude in the mall was trying to get with you to! Dakota: They weird I didn't like that Asher: I swear bro he thought he ate when he was like "Yoo" like move around Dakota: Every dude that try to talk to me be like "What's good ma" like bro what the fuck Asher: It's giving no but he threw my cup away that was nice Dakota: I thought he was homeless, I was picking my pandora bracelet and here he come asking for change Asher: What you think about that Milo? Milo: Uh okay I guess, we all knew what the answer was gonna be so it don't matter I just don't like people calling him "ma" like who the fuck is that Dakota: What you got to say Hayes? Hayes: Mh, shit I don't know at least he threw away the cup Milo: How nice of him Hayes: Very gentleman like Asher: Tsk
Hayes pov Me and Milo were over here talking about how much money we spent when we pulled up to another mall. Asher and Dakota got out deep in conversation and ain't nobody tell me nothing, me and Milo sighed as we got out the car and Asher locked the doors "Didn't y'all already go shopping?" Milo asks as they keep their conversation going so we just walk along with them. "It was some stuff we want that they didn't have in the other mall" Dakota answers and we nod, they get some pretzels and dipin dots as we just follow them like creeps😭. "Hayes can I get your card?" Asher asks and I sigh, I give it took him and he lets me have to rest of his dipin dots. "Can I have yours to Milo? I left mine in the car" Dakota asks and Milo gives it to him "Thank you" he says as they decide which store to go to
Dakota's pov I love shopping with other people's money, I know damn well I didn't bring my card. We went to the pawn shop while still talking about random stuff and I found these cool rings "Milo which one do you want?" I ask trying some on "Uh you pick for me" he says and I get him a really cool skull one "I'll buy it for you it's only 25$" I say giving the cashier his card "How you buying it for me with my card?" He asks and I smiled 🤷♀️. Asher shows me the necklaces he got and says "They were only 12$ each" good deal in my book, we high five then go to the next store "How much money do you have on your card?" Asher asks and Hayes checks his account "Enough" he says and Asher nods "Can I check your account Milo?" I ask and he shows me "How much is it?" Asher asks and I say "Enough" so we continue shopping
Asher's pov Get you a man that got money, I call him broke every chance I get but hey he's paying for me so he can't be that broke. Me and Dakota were sitting in the massage chairs enjoying life when a group of dread heads came by, our eyes immediately followed them and we looked at each other and whispered "Bro he was fine" "Who the lightskin one?" "No the other one" "Oh for real though!" We look at what store they went into and it was foot locker "I think I need some new shoes" I say looking over there and Dakota nods "Same, my 4s getting old I had them for a month already" I keep looking then remember "Uh oh" I look at Hayes and he's making a face at me "Hey babe" I say with a smile and he holds out his hand, I sigh and give him back his card and Dakota says "We still have Milo's" "Not no more" he says and Dakota sighs and gives back his card
Milo's pov They sure know how to spend money "Here Hayes we can match necklaces since I got two" Asher says as we go in the house "Awe thanks love" Hayes says with a smile, Dakota looks at his 20 bags of stuff he'll probably only wear once "How good are you with jewelry?" He asks and id say I'm pretty good "I take care of it" I say and he looks back at his bags and hands me a box "Here you can have this since I already have one in a different color" he said and it was a pandora bracelet "So you can be nice sometimes, thank you : )" I say with a laugh. Later on Asher and Dakota were looking at the receipts and they spent a shit ton of money "I kinda feel bad" Asher says and Hayes isn't paying attention "Maybe we should take them shopping one day" Dakota suggested
Hayes pov "Ashhh" I called out as he shows Avery what he got "Yeah?" He answers from upstairs, I have his gift and Milo has Dakota's but he's going to give it to him later "Come here love" I say and he replies "Okay I'm coming!" He says as I put Rocket in a bowl and spin him around, I spun it to hard and he fell on the ground. As the good dad I am I laughed my ass off and didn't pick him up but when I finished laughing Asher was by the stairs watching and making a face so I got myself together and picked up Rocket. I handed him to Asher and he snatched him away "What you want" he asked sitting on the counter
Hayes: I got you a gift Asher: ...Stop lying Hayes: I have it right here Asher: Aweeeee Hayes you didn't have to! Hayes: Here : ) Asher: Awe babyy! *kisses him* Hayes: Open it : ) Asher: YOU DIDN'T! HAYES YOU DIDNT, DAKOTA LOOK! Dakota: What? STOP! A TV GIRL SHIRT?! Aww Hayes that's so nice! Hayes: I know 🤭 Asher: I'm going to cry! For real Hayes you didn't have to 🥹
