Hayes pov
I've been on cloud nine for two days straight and if you want to know why it's because of Asher's wishes, the two things he wished for were a little odd but only because if a normal person got 5 wishes they would ask for money or clothes or something you can buy but Asher didn't ask for any of that, his 3rd wish was a date night but not going out, he wanted me to spend the night and watch movies with him so I did and it was amazing, we talked all night and discussed the characters we like and don't like and overall 10/10 would do it again. Now his 4th wish was very....interesting, he came to school and wrote something on a paper all day then at lunch he gave it to me, the paper had 2-3 sentences on it but he started over 1000 times
"I'm sorry but I have a boyfriend named Asher and he's very nice so don't talk to me anymore. He's not making me tell you this so don't think that but yeah goodbye. (walk away but smile at them because I don't want them to think your mean)"
Is what it said on the paper and he told me to read to anyone that tells me they like me, I followed his directions and read them the script and they thought I was joking.

Asher's pov
So my birthday is tomorrow and I'm not excited at all, I'm just going to sit in the house until the after party with Avery and the people at her party, the only good thing that's going to happen tomorrow is being with Hayes, I was in the bathroom stall on my phone texting Kota when all of a sudden I heard some guys talking about me

Random: Nobody can tell him anything because his whole world revolves around his boyfriend Hayes
Hayes: I know your not talking about my boyfriend when I'm standing right here
Random: Hey we're just repeating what Keith said and what's so good about you anyway? I can't even speak to Asher because he's always all over you
Hayes: What do you mean all over me
Random: In the halls, at lunch, in class, everywhere he is your there to
Random 2: The other day I saw him in the bleachers I was going to come over but he was sitting in your lap
Hayes: Well he is my boyfriend so he can do whatever he wants and if he wants to be "All over me" that's our business so close your eyes or shut up
Random: Look all we want to do is talk to him but you just have to be there 24/7
Hayes: Well tell me what you need to talk to him about so bad and I'll tell him
Random 2: Are you going to be at Avery's birthday party?
Hayes: No (lied)
Random: Good, we'll just tell him tomorrow
(Still Asher's pov)

Hmm, I don't know what to make our this situation but I'm proud of Hayes for defending me, I want to know what those guys want to say to me and if it's coming from Keith it's probably nothing I want to hear about. Once Hayes leaves I wait a bit then leave while the other guys are vaping by the sink, when they see me there eyes go wide and the stutter to say something, I just look at them for a second examining their ugly faces then I walk out to look for Hayes

Hayes's pov
I'm pretty sure I lost that argument but I couldn't say much so I guess it's no winner or loser, I go to find Everest so I can get the color changing lip gloss, I want it to magically appear so Asher can say "Oh there's the lipgloss I use to put kisses on Hayes's face, I might as well use it now, Let's go to the bathroom so I can put kisses on your face Hayes", I look for her and as I'm walking down the hall I hear Asher say "Hayess" so I sped up, if he's with me he'll know that I put the lipgloss there, as I'm speed walking he says "HAYES SLOW DOWN" and I sped up more because he's catching up to me "Hayes Anderson come here right now" he says and I stop dead in my tracks

Asher's pov
I can't believe I had to chase him in the first place, I had to say his whole name for him to stop, why was he running away in the first place. I think I did something wrong or maybe he's mad at me, he stopped walking away but he's not looking at me he's looking down the hall so I roll my eyes and walk away

Hayes's pov
Damn it damn it DAMN IT! He's sad now because I was walking away and I didn't hesitate so follow him but Everest is probably in class by now so I'm not getting my kisses : ( , when I finally catch up to him he's making a pout face that's so cute but I know it's because he either mad or sad or both

Hayes: Asher stop
Asher: ...
Hayes: I wasn't trying to walk away from you
Asher: *confused look*
Hayes: I'm telling you the truth Ash, I'm sorry
Asher: *shoulder shrug*
Hayes: You didn't make your wish today
Asher: *blinks*
Hayes: Are you gonna?
Asher: *shakes his head no*
Hayes: Ash

Asher walks away and I sigh because he's mad at me and I'm not getting any kisses, I tried to call him after school but he didn't answer

Asher's pov
Hayes is so mean, why am I mad the day before my birthday?! He's been calling me but I refuse to answer because he doesn't deserve to hear my voice, I don't care if he calls one million times I won't answer because I'm angry 😤
*Ring r-*
Asher: Hello
Hayes: Asher, why haven't you been answering?
Asher: Because I'm mad at you
Hayes: Because I walked away from you?
Asher: Yes! You heard me calling your name but you kept walking, you even sped up
Hayes: Ash I said I'm sorry
Asher: I'm not mad anymore
Hayes: You need to use your wish, it's getting dark
Asher: No
Hayes: Asher cmon
Asher: No
Hayes: Why not?
Asher: Because I don't want anything
Hayes: Asher use your wish please
Asher: How about no, why would I do what you want after you were mean to me
Hayes: I wasn't trying to be mean Asher
Asher: Yea that's what they all say
Hayes: Asher *huff* I love you
Asher: I know
Hayes: Do you?

Hayes: Then say it back
Asher: I love you from the moon to the stars to the sun to the planets to the Milky Way to infinity and to death
Hayes: Then please make your wish
Asher: Three days after my birthday...
Hayes: Mhm?
Asher: I want you to.....be mean to me
Hayes: So you like when I'm mean to you?
Asher: Occasionally....

Asher: I don't know it's kinda like when you like when I say please

Hayes: That's definitely a kink but I'll do it : )
