Hayes pov
This is the second time I had to deal with Asher acting like this and the first time he was mad at me was because I dropped the cookie he worked so hard to make for me, I apologized to him but he rolled his eyes and didn't say anything. Now he's mad at me for calling a girl pretty, I don't know why he cares because 1: Were dating and 2: I'm gay. He's not making it a big deal or anything and he talks to me and stuff but when people flirt with me (Which doesn't happen to often) he stops talking and rolls his eyes or shrugs his shoulders when I try to talk to him.

Avery's pov
It's funny to watch Hayes try to make Asher laugh or talk to him when he's upset because you can't do it, when me or Asher get upset we stop when we want to and nobody can do anything, we get it from my mom. Hayes has tried to ask me for help but I said "I can't help you, he'll snap out of it soon but you can't force him, he'll do it on his own" Asher puts his head down and starts drawing on the table and I laugh as Hayes stresses. Soon he says "Your impossible Smiley, I'm going to the bathroom be right back" and walks away

Avery: Ash?
Asher: I'm so sick of people flirting with him when I'm right here!
Avery: Well that's not really his fault, he can't control that
Asher: It is his fault because he called this girl pretty
Avery: Gasp no he didn't
Asher: Oh yes he did
Avery: Well you shouldn't worry about it because it's all girls coming up to him and he's gay so
Asher: Still! I don't want to watch people try to get with my boyfriend
Avery: I think your forcing your trust issues from Keith onto Hayes
Asher: *Huff* I kinda am aren't I...
Avery: Hayes is nothing like Keith, he won't cheat on you
Asher: I know it's just it happened before and I don't want it to happen again because I really love Hayes and I don't want him to leave me
Avery: He loves you just as much as you love him so you have nothing to worry about
Asher: I wish he could be for my eyes only, who told him to look this pretty?!

Asher's pov
Avery's right, Keith and Hayes are nothing alike so he won't cheat on me, I trust him with my whole heart so I truly believe he won't, it's still irritating to watch other people like him though. When we get back to class Hayes says

Hayes: Are you still mad
Asher: No I'm not
Hayes smiles
Hayes: Good, Why were you so upset?
Asher: Who told you that your allowed to be this pretty?! Do you know how irritating it is to watch other people like you?
Hayes: But I don't care about them, you know that...right?
Asher: I know but it's the principle of it, I don't want other people looking at you
Hayes: Your mine and I'm yours so they can look all they want, I only have eyes for you
Asher: *Sigh* I love you

Hayes pov
Asher hugs me and I hug him back "I love you to" I say and all he wanted was reassurance, he wasn't mad at me at all he just needed to know that he's the only one I want. As class starts I'm scribbling on my paper and I think to myself "He called me pretty 🤭" I know he's my boyfriend already but he still makes me blush.

Neil's pov
I look up at Hayes and Asher because they're argument was pathetic, they weren't even mad at each other to begin with so that was pointless. Hayes is lost in thought with a red face and Asher is sneaking chips out of his pocket. At the end of class the crew meets at the lockers

Neil: I have a question
Asher: Mhm?
Neil: What kind of argument was that?! If I paid to see that I would ask for a refund
Caleb: Yea guys that was pretty pathetic
Hayes: I don't know want to be in a serious argument with him
Asher: Yea me either
Bryce: But if you don't know how to argue you don't know how to make up
Asher: Is that right?
Avery: Yeah they have a point
Everest: Hayes try to be mean to Asher
Hayes: Urm, what am I supposed to say?
Neil: Anything
Hayes: Okay.....Asher you-.....No I can't say that......uhm
Finley: That was difficult to watch
Hayes: But look at him he's so adorable how could I ever say anything bad about him
Bryce: Okay bump into him and say "Get the hell out of my way"
Hayes: Really?
Bryce: Yes go ahead

Hayes walks past Asher and doesn't say anything but Asher has the straightest expression on his face so they didn't do anything right

Avery: Pitiful, Asher go
Asher: Got it

He walks past Hayes and bumps him but did 0 damage because he stops at Hayes chin and Hayes had to look down to see him but he did somewhat good "Get the hell out of my way" Asher says trying to make his voice deep. We look at Hayes and he's blushing so it didn't work

Asher: Did I do it right
Neil: I guess so
Everest: Your not supposed to like it Hayes
Hayes: I'm not?
Caleb: No! What was it to like about that?
Hayes: I dunno it was kinda hot
Avery: They clearly love each other to much for this
Finley: Yea let's move on
Bryce: What are we doing this weekend?
Hayes: I dunno
Neil: Let's go to the tree house and figure it out there

Asher's pov
After school me and Hayes was walking to my house together and as he's talking I notice his hair, it's sort of curly and all over the place "What happened to your hair" I ask and he said "I never know what to do with it, I wash it and blow dry it then come to school so it's kinda doing it's own thing" and I say "Come here let me try to style it" so we stop at the side walk before we get to my house and I get 2 rubber bands and make him 2 ponytails, he looks to cute and I kiss him all over his face. I don't just love him I'm in love with him
