The main character Asher has been in many not so good relationships and he meets someone new, his friends warn him about rushing into things and remind him of his past experiences but they support him and his new found love
Hayes pov God damn it, how could I forget about the most important holiday especially when I have a boyfriend that takes holidays very seriously, he's not mad at me and he said "It's okay it's always next year right?" And I didn't respond because I felt horrible about it, I went to the mall with Tara first thing this morning and spent all my money which was 65$ because that's what I had left over from last month, I was planning on spending it on him anyway I just didn't think it'll be all at once.
Asher's pov Am I mad Hayes forgot about Valentine's Day? A little, Do I mind? Not at all : ). He's done so much for me up until this point that I shouldn't be complaining about this one little thing, last week we got to put down the name of the person who you want to send flowers to and it's completely anonymous. I wasn't expecting to get any but I got 25, I wondered who they were from and then I realized "Hey where's my boyfriend?" He's probably getting rizzed up by girls again so I went to find him but he was nowhere to be found. He came to school after 2nd period and I asked "Where did you go babe? I was looking for you : )" and he said "Sorry I had to do something but can I come over after school?"
Milo's pov Me and Dakota spent Valentine's Day doing absolutely nothing, he said "It's not a real holiday it's just a excuse to buy people things" and I guess he has a point but the minute after that he texted me saying "Can I come over?" Even though he was directly beside me "Sure : )" I texted back and we continued our day. I'm not gonna lie to you I got Dakota something anyway because I think Valentine's Day is everybody's chance to show affection, when he came over he didn't really say anything but he had something behind his back "Whatcha got Dakota? : )" I ask and he shows me a teddy bear "Is that for me?" I ask and he nods his head "Awe that's so sweet of you" I say and he blushes "Can I hug you?" I ask and he hesitates to nod his head yes. I felt so honored, I hug him and show him what I got him and he smiled and gave me a hug
Avery's pov Me and Caleb didn't come to school today because we spent the whole day going out, we went to crumble cookie, go carts, urban air, sky zone, Frankie's, Dave and busters, smoothie king and some other places, I love being the passenger princess. He got me some stuff and I had you ask the whole crew what he'd want because I had no idea but he ended up liking it so it's fine
Hayes pov I grabbed Asher's presents and walked to his house, when I got there I texted Avery to open the door, she did and I asked "Can I hide Asher's presents in your room? He thinks I didn't get him anything" and she said "Sure cmon" as she led me upstairs, when I got to her room I saw Caleb there taking off his shoes "Where are your socks?!" Avery yelled at him and he said "You don't wear socks with slides" "You can leave it there, and you are going to wear socks or you can get out, get some out the drawer" she said and I put Asher's present down then she closed the door. "I'm here" I called out to Asher "Hey babe" he responded getting something out his closet "Need help?" I asked and he said "No I got it" as he got it down "Here's your present!!!" He said with the biggest smile as he handed it to me

Asher's pov Hayes is so adorable when he blushes and isn't his upside down smile the cutest! He hugged me and kissed my cheek while thanking me. He gives me a haul of what he got even though I'm the one that brought it then when he's done he said "Close your eyes right quick" and I didn't hesitate to follow directions, he left the room then I heard a knock, a door opened and shut then mines did the same "Okay open them" he said and when I look on the bed I was so happy because he got a gifts!

I jump up and hug him "THANK YOU!" I yell looking through the things, he got me all my favorite snacks and some bath and body works! I swear he's the best! "Rocket!" I say and Hayes says "Rocket?" And I pointed to the little duck aka our new son. The ballon's and the flowers are so pretty and I said "Let me put these in a vase" as I went downstairs "Mom dad look what Hayes got me" I say to my parents in the living room showing them the flowers. When I get back upstairs I say "Can you stay until 12?" And Hayes responds "Sure, why?" And I say "Because I crave you"
Hayes pov At around 11:30 Asher starts to kiss my face after we watched a movie, he was on my lap and we were making out but I honestly was t trying to waste any time "Wait we can't do this" Asher said as I was positioning myself behind him "Why not?" I asked while looking for a condom "Our son is watching" he said and I didn't know what he was talking about "What son?" I asked and he pointed to the little duck I brought him so I turned the duck around "Better?" I asked finding one and getting ready to put it on, Asher said "Not uh he can still hear us so we can't do it until he's not here" "Asher it's getting late and I have to leave soon so sorry but the duck is gonna have to suck it up" but as I was repositioning myself Asher moved and grabbed the duck
Asher: Stop calling him the duck because his name is Rocket and we're not ruining his innocence! Hayes: Asher, I'm not gonna have a son named Rocket Asher: Well you already do and sorry but we're not doing it tonight, your son wants to stay the night at your house so pack his spend the night bag Hayes: Since when does he have a option on which parent he's staying with?! Asher: Stop being lazy and pack his bag Hayes: What does he need in his bag? Asher: His diapers, his bottle, his bib, his pacifier, his blanket, his whips, his- Hayes: Let me stop you right there, for 1: he doesn't need all that shit, for 2: we don't have all that shit and 3: he's not coming with me Asher: Hayes you need to stop cussing in front of him before he grows up with a potty mouth and if you don't want to pack his bag you better already have his stuff at your house Hayes: Yeah I already got all his shit (lying) Asher: Hayes stop cussing and do you have his formula? Hayes: What the hel- what the heck is formula?! Asher: The stuff to make his milk Hayes: No I don't got that Asher: Then breast feed him Hayes: Fuck no I'm not doing that Asher: Okay when I come to pick him up for daycare you better have his formula there
