Be mean to me

Asher's pov
I've been following Hayes around all day and he's been ignoring me, I'm in class beside him not focusing because I'm playing with my tongue piercing, as I'm sitting there I saw Hayes peek at me out the corner of my eye, I decided to see how long he can ignore me so I slide my crocs off (he has socks on guys😭) and rubbed my foot on his ankle. He turned red and struggled to not look at me, I smiled at him the continued to play with my piercing

Hayes pov
Thank god the voice in my head telling me to **** ***** **** *** **** *** ** ***** ** ******** isn't loud because I would be expelled, Asher has been talking to me all day but I've either ignored him, rolled my eyes or gave home a short response, he decided to see how long I can keep this up so he said "Do you want to break up" and I said "Do you want to die?" He went from smiling to blushing with a * : 0 * face, he snapped out of it after a few seconds then covered his face and walked to class

Asher's pov
I had to walk away because of if I would've stayed....anyways the day is finally over and my life has been threatened a total of 4 times by Hayes today and I loved it every time, at 12 AM I got a call from Hayes "BABE DO YOU KNOW HOW HARD IT WAS TO BE MEAN TO YOU?!" He said and I replied "Well you did it so I'm proud of you" then he said "Thank you but never make me do that again" we talked on the phone until 3:26 AM. The next day Hayes signed up for track and guess who did to, Mason, "Hey Mason, you still run track?" I ask and he replies "Mhm : ), some things never change huh" and we both laugh

Hayes pov
At tryouts for the track team we had to do a race, a lot of people were in the stands cheering for their friends and I had Asher and Caleb there to cheer for me, before the race started I blew Asher a kiss and he caught it and put it in his pocket then smiles at me, I smiled back then I heard Mason say "Wish me luck Ash" and Asher replied "You got it!" Then the race started and my technique is to focus and breathe but Mason was so busy looking into the stands and showing off, unfortunately that ended up being his downfall because he lost and I won.

Asher's pov
At their break time me and Caleb went down to the track and gave them water "You guys did amazing" I said and they both said "Thank you"  as they took their waters, Me and Caleb was talking about the distance they ran and when we turned back to ask them about it both their shirts were off, I've seen both of them with there shirts off 1000 times but Caleb's eyes were wide, Hayes and Mason weren't paying any attention but when they looked back at us they saw us looking so we turned around quickly and pretend it never happened. We went back to the stands because the top 5 people have to go again.

Mason's pov
I will admit Asher's boyfriend what's his name is fast but if I were to run at my full potential I could beat him easily, before the race started I saw that guy (I really need to learn his name) waving to Asher, Asher waved back then waved at me and I did the same. The race started and I lost again but that's only because!....Urm!....I didn't stretch! Anyway I'm not a sore loser so I go over to Asher's boyfriend and shake his hand because he won "Nice job bro" I say "Thanks, same to you" he replied and I said "So....what's your name again....." then he says "It's Hayes, how do you not know that by now"

Caleb's pov
I came here for the skittles Asher promised me and I'm leaving with information I would've been fine not knowing, Hayes won the race and he's now on the track team, when him and Mason came over Asher said "You did amazing babe" and Hayes says "Thanks Smiley" as they kiss and I see Mason not paying attention so I say "You did good to Mason" and he looks at me for a second then smiles and says "Thank you : )". At home I thought about how I didn't get to tell Avery how I feel about her, I don't know if she likes me back but I wanted to tell her anyway, there might be a problem though....I think she might like girls.....

Everest's pov
The whole crew was in the hallway this morning and Avery was at her locker so I decided to sneak up on her and I did but when I touched her hips her knees buckled and she dropped something then she turned around quickly "Hey! Don't do that!" She said and I asked "What was that?" And she replied "My hips are really sensitive!" And I laughed because it was funny how she almost fell "Does Asher do that to?" Hayes asked and Avery replied "I don't know go try it"

Hayes pov
Asher went to the vending machine so I went to find him to see if it works on him, now that I'm thinking about it when I grab his hips while we're....yk he almost falls down and covers his face but I thought he only did that because he was embarrassed. When I find him I saw Mason coming over to him from the opposite direction of me, Asher turns around and they talk for a second then Asher points down the hallway behind him and Mason smiles and goes down the hall, I kept that to myself and when Asher turned around I snuck up and touched his hips, his knees buckled and he dropped his chips while I laughed "Hey! Don't do that!" He said identical to Avery

Hayes: Why does that happen?
Asher: My hips are sensitive!
Hayes: It's funny
Asher: No it's not you gave me the chills!
Hayes: I'm sorry, Everest did it to Avery and I was wondering if you do it to
Asher: You've seen me do it before
Hayes: Yeah but I didn't know why
Asher: I get it from my mom
Hayes: Have you grown? You look a little taller
Asher: Really?! Yes! I knew it, my doctor said I'm going to be 5,8 forever but I don't believe him, I might even be taller than you one day
Hayes: In your dreams
Asher: Hey just because you have to look down to see me doesn't make you a giant
Hayes: Well you seen how tall my whole family is, the shortest person in my family is 6,0
Asher: Well technically I'm not short your just tall
Hayes: Whatever you say my love

Avery's pov
I should've never told them my hips were sensitive because I fell and dropped my phone because they touched them, Asher came and helped me up and said "They got you to huh" and I reply "Yea I should've kept quiet" then he walks me to class while we talk, we rarely hang out these days but I love moments together like this. When I get to class I sit at my desk with Everest "Hey can I come over after school" she says "Why are you asking now? You usually just show up" I respond then Kim says "Hey y'all!" And I got scared because I forgot we were still on FaceTime, we haven't hung up since the first day we met her
