Asher's pov
On Monday I skipped to my locker and Everest, Neil, and Avery were there

Neil: Hey we were looking for you
Asher: Hi guys
Everest: Based on your mood you must not have seen it
Asher: Seen what I'm confused?
Avery: We took as many off the ground as we could

They hand me a paper and it has my picture on it, it says "Asher is a slut".

I look behind me and people are picking up papers and looking at me. I don't really know what to do but my eyes start to swell with tears. Everest hugs me and says "Don't cry Asher, it's just a stupid rumor that everybody will eventually forget". Just then Caleb runs out of nowhere and yells "THEIR FIGHTING THEIR FIGHTING!!" And Neil asks who then Caleb says "HAYES AND KEITH" they pull me to where Keith and Hayes are fighting and Hayes seems like he has it under control so I decide to only jump in if he needs help. Eventually security pulls Hayes off of him and that allows Keith to get up and get one solid hit in but it was weak and didn't do any damage "THAT WAS A SUCKER PUNCH YOU BITCH" Everest yells as they pull Hayes into the nurses office

Asher: Are you okay?
Hayes: Yea I'm alright
Asher: Jesus Hayes why were you fighting
Hayes: Because he called you a slut
Asher: So he's the one who spread the rumor
Hayes: I saw him leaving papers everywhere so I picked one up and saw your face so I asked him why he was doing it and he started talking bad about you so I got mad and fought him
Asher: So you fought him over me?
Hayes: Of course I did
Asher: Why would you do that, you put your self in jeopardy because of me
Hayes: And I don't regret it
Asher: But why would you do that
Hayes: Because your my boyfriend, of course I'd fight for you, any day
Asher: *sigh* Hayes

Hayes pov
Asher hugs me and tells me not to fight again and I say okay but I don't have any intentions of following directions because why wouldn't I fight over him? I got suspended for 3 days and being at home is boring, I'm also grounded so I can't go to Asher's house, the crew comes over to house around 6 and we talk at the window. We got caught last night because Everest was singing loud and that was supposed to be my last night of being grounded but my mom added a extra one, I don't mind because I still get to go to school today and see Asher🤭. I still can't believe he's my boyfriend.

Asher's pov
Yesterday I got called to the consulars office to have a sit down conference with Keith and just looking at him is pissing me off because how did Hayes get suspended and he didn't even after he put those papers around

Consular: Okay I wanted to talk to you both about the feud between you
Asher: What are you talking about
Consular: The problems going on here that lead to the altercation between Hayes and Keith
Asher: Then you should talk to Hayes and Keith this has nothing to do with me
Consular: Actually it has everything to do with you, Now Keith why did you put those pictures of Asher around calling him that
Keith: Because he is a slut and I wanted the whole school to know
Asher: Where did you even get slut? I've never been a slut so where did that even come from
Keith: Only sluts make out with people in front of others
Asher: First off I didn't make out with myself and I know damn well your not talking about my boyfriend, second nobody told you to stay in there and watch. And third, if you would've left with everyone else and stopped following us around then you wouldn't have seen it
Consular: Okay stop arguing, Asher why did you... kiss in front of Keith
Asher: I like to display my affection publicly
Consular: Okay that was inappropriate
Asher: No it wasn't, you asked and I answered. If you don't want to know the answer don't ask the question
Keith: Maybe if you and your boyfriend would stop being weird than I wouldn't tell everyone your a slut
Asher: Your about to piss me off because what have we done that was weird
Keith: Putting notes in each others lockers and holding hands in the halls
Consular: Why did you do that?
Asher: Holding hands isn't weird and putting notes in lockers is our business, that has nothing to do with you and I did it because I like to display my affections publicly didn't I already say that? Why did you suspend Hayes and not him?
Consular: Because Hayes hit him first and I don't care how much affection you have to display, it has no place in this school. Your making your peers and my son uncomfortable
Asher: Did they tell you their uncomfortable?
Consular: Well um no but-
Asher: Your son?
Consular: Yes Keith is my son
Asher: Ohh, did you know your son was gay
Consular: Excuse me?!
Keith: Asher shut up
Asher: Oh no I'm telling everybody, maybe I should put papers around the school about it
Consular: My son isn't a...homo
Asher: Okay don't ever say that again and oh yes he is
Keith: Asher stop
Asher: Nope to late. YOUR SON LIKES BOYS! As a matter of fact-
Keith: ASHER
Asher: Haha *walks to the door and opens it* As a matter of fact me and Keith dated before and trust me he loves to display affection *leaves and shuts the door*

Everest's pov
Today Hayes gets back from suspension but Asher has ISS until tomorrow because he apparently talked about displaying his affections publicly and he told the consular that Keith was gay because he's his dad. I didn't get the whole story but everyone that was on the hall heard Asher yelling it from the office. Right now I'm at my locker with Avery and Neil waiting to see if Keith got ISS or got suspended and of course he didn't, he's roaming the halls freely while the others got in trouble.

Avery's pov
Me and Asher talked to my mom about what happened with Hayes and Keith, they agreed it's not fair and they're going to talk to the principal about it today so hopefully we have Keith get some consequences. Hayes just walked in

Hayes: Hey guys
Neil: What's up bro *daps him up*
Hayes: Hey Everest
Everest: Hey Hayes, I'm sorry for getting you in trouble
Hayes: Don't worry about it, it's completely fine. Av?
Avery: Hayes
They dap each other up
Hayes: So where's Ash?
Avery: ISS
Hayes: For what?
Neil: He talked to the consular who apparently is Keith's dad about displaying his affections for you publicly but I think he said it as a joke
Hayes: Wow *laughs*
Everest: Yea and he fussed them both out because you got suspended and Keith didn't, he got so mad that he told Keith's dad that Keith was gay and that he likes to display his affections
Hayes: What🫢
Avery: Yep and Keith's dad hasn't had a reaction yet but everyone knows he's mad about it and Asher called Keith a homo
Hayes: *gagged*
Neil: Yea Asher was pretty mad about the fight
Hayes: And what did the principal say about Keith spreading rumors
Everest: Nothing
Hayes: What?!
Avery: Let's wait till the end of the day when Asher gets out of ISS and we'll do a debriefing in the bleachers at 4:00
