Caleb: I understand it I just don't know how to speak it
Jace: Que acabo de decir estúpido idioto, habla español (What did I just say stupid idiot, speak Spanish)
Caleb: No soy estúpido tu estúpido (im not stupid your stupid)

Jace's pov
I like to think of myself as a nice guy but I have horrible luck and no patience, no puedo lidiar con tonterías y me gusta ocuparme de mis propios asuntos. (I can't deal with nonsense and I like to mind my own business.) My bad luck is ruining my life, first I get partnered with Caleb and he doesn't even try to learn Spanish he just sits there and talks about his girlfriend. Then I tried out for track and got partnered up with this giant that can't stop looking at his friend (I think) but he's good at track so it's fine I guess. And to make matters worse the coach said to become friends with our partners, I don't want to be his friend (not in a rude way)

Hayes pov
I don't mind being friends with Jace but he's kinda stand off-ish which I can't blame him, I like to keep to myself to. Asher hasn't said anything about him but he's seen us hanging out (kinda) a few times "So what do you like to eat?" I asked him to make conversation as we were running the track, Asher and Caleb were there watching me practice to, we stopped in front of the fence for a break and Jace pulled up his shirt to wipe his sweat, just then Asher came to the fence and said "I'm going home early" as he looked Jace up and down "Do you have a ride home because I can't drive you" he said and I replied "Yeah I'll just walk" and he nodded his head then started to walk away "Why would you leave without saying goodbye?" "Oh I for-" "No I love you no hug no kiss no nothing, you just said fuck me huh?" He laughed then walked around the fence and to me. We hugged and I kissed his cheek "I'm coming over after school at 4:00, what time am I coming over?" "4:00" "Okay have the door unlocked because I don't want to have to beep the horn 1000 times again okay?" "Okay, Bye bye" "Byeee I love youuu" "I love you moreeeee!" Then I realized I got played, Asher didn't say bye on purpose

Jace pov
I don't know about here but where I'm from we don't hug, kiss, or say "I love you more" to our guy friends, that's considered kinda gay but it's not my business so I don't care "I guess I like pasta" I replied to his question "Pasta, okay I can get with pasta, what do you think about action figures?" He answered as we started back running "There toys" "Oh" "But....there cool" "Oh : )". We talked while running and after a while the topic of dating came up "Nope, I'm to in love to fall for anyone else" Hayes said after I asked him if he likes any girl "What about you, do you like anyone?" He asked and I said "Mi gusta Carmen" "Carmen is cool, your cool, it's cool" "Cool" I responded because that really was cool. We talk for a long time then realize that the sun is halfway set so we say our goodbyes and go our separate ways "It's way past 4:00 I'm fucked" Hayes said

Asher's pov
"Babe I'm so so so so so sooo sorry for not answering the door, I was at practice and it completely slipped my mind" he makes it sound like I abuse him or something "No worries it's fine, I'll just come tomorrow" I say and the silence was so loud "Are you feeling okay?"

Asher: I'm fine, why?
Hayes: Usually you get mad like "i ToLd YoU fOuR OcLoCk AnD yOuR sTuPiD AsS wAsNt ThErE sO i FuCkEd YoUr BrOtHeR"
Asher: Okay I don't sound like that, I haven't talked about fucking your brother since yesterday and stop making it sound like I'm mean to you
Hayes: Why don't you care? I'm getting a little scared
Asher: I mean you were at practice so I can't blame you and if you want to not come home on time I can't stop you
Hayes: Hm, I can't tell if your being sarcastic

Hayes: Hmmm suspicious but okay......is this a set up, are you gonna punish me by not letting me talk to you or something

I really have a problem, when I'm done talking the conversation is over and that's why I hang up on people. It's a bad habit and I don't do it on purpose, Hayes is gonna call me back and tell me how he's not my friend so stop hanging up on him like he's one of my hoes and blah blah blah *ring* there he is now "Hello?"
