(Y/n) gently laid down the last card in her pack completing the card pyramid she had created. She used to do it all the time when she lived with her dad, but as she had been staying with her god mum Sue, who she called aunty sue, she hadn't got the chance to build one.

It was a bonding exercise that her dad's councillor had recommended. To help with the stress of becoming a single parent. She sighed thinking about her mum, she missed them both all the time. Sometimes she forgot she wasn't in her mums apartment anymore and would call out to her in the night.

It wasn't that's she didn't like Aunty Sue or her family, they were Just different, a good kind of different.

Her bedroom door swung open the gust of air knocking over the card pyramid she had spent so ling in building. Sadly she looked at the slightly sorry looking figure of Ben in her door way. "Oops" he muttered eyes flicking to look at her, " I was just wondering if you wanted to do Home work together?" She and Ben where in the same year and in most of their classes together, she nodded solemnly sweeping the cards into a pile and slipping them away into the card board box.

"Sorry about that" Ben apologised placing his book onto the desk next to her. She shrugged and pulled out her Science book.(Y/n) had to admit, she kinda liked Ben. He was cute and funny, his hair was adorable. He was different from anyone else she had ever met, and she liked that. "Question 1, ..."

They had been working for around thirty minutes when they broke into an argument "Quik Lime is obviously the best was to get ride of a body!" Shouted Ben explaining how and why. "Nuh uh, the best way would be to dig a hole in the ground and layer it with compost, connect a tube to the side of the hole that runs to the top of the tube, then each day as you walk past tip in a little water, thus making the perfect environment for a body to be eaten by bacteria!" (Y/n) crossed her arms and nodded proudly as Ben's jaw was slack.

"I love you"

"Pardon?"

"Oh um nothing" Ben awkwardly scooped up his science book and left her room. (Y/n) shrugged and grabbed her pack of cards.
