(Mama's Boy • Dominic Fike)

Felix and Hyunjin were practically glued to each other's sides. Felix had wrapped his hand around Hyunjin's inner elbow and he had his head on Hyunjin's shoulder.

They were just enjoying each other's presence like the whipped men they were for each other. Felix's rings were poking slightly in Hyunjin's inner elbow through his thin jacket as he tightly held on to his lover, never planning on letting go. Neither of them minding the slighty chilly wind as they had each other's warmth.

Like how it had been for almost two and a half years now. They return to the place that started their love journey, even if it's barely allowed to be called a park.

Like how it had been for decades. The Seoul park was small. Since there wasn't enough room they had to cut down the trees just to replace it with ugly gray buildings, which were built purely for companies who didn't care about the fact that the world was doing worse than ever.

Or the fact that there were more people on the streets than in a house. Without fresh food nor clean water

Or the fact that they only made the end approach faster with their damned factories and with their damned rich people who only have money because their ancestors managed to make this mess. Only because they had managed to make money and that just doubled as it passed down on the generations after.

Nobody could blame them though. Not in this world. In this world it was all about surviving. Threes and nature being a rare phenomenon. Places like the central 'park' in Seoul were like a natural wonder.

The unfair differences between the rich and poor who had only worsened over the years.
Scum who ran around freely because there wasn't enough police to arrest them or to even care, which was the reason Hyunjin always had a foldable sword with him.

It was a pretty silver sword. It was about a meter long but lightweight, easy for Hyunjin to swing it around. The grip was made of soft snake leather and the pommel had a huge ruby in it, making the hilt only worth thousands of dollars already.

The way to fold or unfold it was by pressing the huge ruby with your thumb, and even then it only unfolded under Hyunjin's thumbprint. And when he'd pass it down to his descendants it would only react at their thumbprint.

It might seem cool, but almost everybody owned such a weapon those days. None were as luxurious as Hyunjin's maybe but that's because he had inherited it from his great-great-great-great-grandfather, or something like that. His great-great-great-great-grandfather had been in the private army of the president himself at that time and he had gotten the sword after his duty had been finished there.

After Amerika and China both completely destroyed Russia with their nuclear weapons they got into a nuclear war with each other. That caused 37% of the population to die. Though barely a century later the entire population had grown back to its previous amount, even though there was too little space.

Breathing was hard because of the amount of dust that covered everything. The sky was polluted by the amount of cars and machines, flying or not. By the amount of factories that threw their ashes and gasses in the air.

Hyunjin himself had never seen the sun before. Ages before he had been born the sky had been so polluted already that it was impossible to see the sky, tell clouds apart from gas, ashes and what else, and see the sun.

Yes you were able to see the ball of light which Hyunjin hoped was the sun but still. He had never seen sunshine that wasn't dimmed by the clouds of CO2 and other gasses that polluted the air.

Hyunjin held on tightly to the folded hilt of his sword, more out of habit really. Nevertheless he was enjoying the warmth of the other male that was spreading through his body.
