Hyunjin and Minho had walked a little further into the building, away from the huge room they had begun in.
They had settled somewhere in the white hallways where they had a good view over the hallways, for if someone planned to approach them. Just for safety reasons. They opened the big bag first and Hyunjin introduced Minho to the many firearms in it. As a kid having an unhealthy obsession with firearms he knew them all by name, and he thanked his weird, younger self for not listening to his classmates and just continuing with learning all these names by heart.
After that they opened one of the regular sized bags Minho had been holding. It was stuffed with food and hygiene products, like at least five toothbrushes and a lot of toothpaste mostly. Luckily the food looked like it would be easy to preserve it.
There was also a weird spraying can that said 'SHOWERSPRAY', whatever that should've meant. Probably what it said it was. But let's not take any risks.
Yet.
The third bag had been interesting though. It was filled with what seemed to be broken machinery. There were laptops, watches, phones, there was even a thing that Hyunjin remembered named a CD.
It was a round disc that people about a thousand years ago used to put in some kind of other machine and then music played out of it. Of course there are much more efficient ways to do it, but they didn't know that back then.
Humans are just stupid in general. They always long for more even when they already have everything. They're almost never grateful.
"We can just as well leave this here." Minho huffed. He was about to throw the bag to the ground with an irritated swing if Hyunjin didn't stop him on time.
"Wait!" Hyunjin yelled. He jerked the bag out of Minho's grip and carefully placed it on the ground. There was a slight sound of breaking glass despite Hyunjin being so careful with it. "Maybe there's something in it that still works." He said.
Minho looked at the bag. "And then we can throw away the rest, right?" He asked. Hyunjin sighed, annoyed at the stupidness of the elder man, at least he assumed Minho was older.
"No, stupid." He rubbed his temples with the tips of his fingers to show off his irritation at the other. "Didn't you hear that woman? She clearly said that everything in the bag is useful."
"She also said it might not have been what you would've wanted." Minho stated. He crossed his arms. Hyunjin rolled his eyes. "Whatever, we're not throwing the bag away. And let's first check if there's something useful in there."
Minho nodded. They tipped the entire content of the bag on the ground and searched through it.
They pretty much just separated the broken stuff from the working, which was just a digital watch and a literal ancient laptop.Hyunjin grabbed the digital watch from the ground. It looked like a normal bracelet, but when you press the sides there is a screen lighting up, displaying the time and for some reason weather. Hyunjin sighed. Not really sure why, but he did.

22:57"If the watch is right it's getting late." Hyunjin mumbled. Minho nodded. "I am indeed getting tired, but let's do shifts." He said. "I certainly don't want to die in my sleep." Hyunjin hummed as he started stuffing the rest of the broken electronica in the bag.
"I'll go first." Minho spoke up.
"Are you sure?" Hyunjin cocked an eyebrow. The other man looked devastated. He had huge bags under his eyes and his skin looked a weird gray. Hyunjin assumed he himself probably didn't look any better.
