"You can put me down now." Felix said coldly. Hyunjin felt a sting at the tone Felix said it in. He pressed his lips together.
"Are you sure?" Hyunjin asked. He was actually a little scared Felix would run back to the doors, even if that would take him more than half an hour of running.

"Don't worry, I know it's of no use for me to run away." Felix scoffed. Hyunjin gulped and then nodded. He then carefully put Felix back on the ground. He sighed as they walked on.

"Felix?" Hyunjin spoke gently. He put his hand on Felix's shoulder. Felix shook it off.
He turned his head away. "Not now, Hyunjin." Felix said. His voice shook a little. Hyunjin ignored him.
"Are you OK?" He asked. Felix stopped in his tracks.
"Of course I'm not OK." Felix mumbled. Hyunjin sighed. He stepped forwards to give his husband a hug, and Felix didn't oblidge. Instead he was quick to wrap his arm back around Hyunjin. He immediately buried his face in Hyunjin's chest, hoping that with that he'd stop himself from crying all over again.

The rest stopped walking as well. "We really don't have time for this." Seungmin said. He was still holding the bandage on his arm, which was now colored a copperish color because of the dried blood. Hyunjin shot him a venomous look and tightened his arms around Felix, who was trying his best not to cry.

After half a minute or so he finally pulled out of the embrace. "I'm sorry." He mumbled. Hyunjin shook his head and just grabbed his husband's hand. Felix pressed his lips together and looked away in shame.

They stopped walking again. Jeongin turned around, facing Hyunjin.

"Hyunjin, give me the machine gun." Jeongin spoke suddenly. He stuck out his hand for Hyunjin to place the gun in. Hyunjin looked up and saw two sealed doors. They were made of heavy looking metal, and on the left side was a tiny screen.

"Why?" He asked. However he grabbed the machine gun from where he had stored it anyway. He knew there wasn't any time nor space for a long discussion.
"Do you trust me?" Jeongin said. Hyunjin chuckled.
"No." He admitted. Jeongin looked taken aback by that for a moment, before he shrugged his shoulders.

"Fair enough." He admitted. He shut his eyes for a second. Hyunjin chuckled. "I still need the gun though." He said very calmly. He opened his eyes again and looked Hyunjin straight in the eyes. Hyunjin sighed and handed him the gun. Felix was awfully quiet. He bit his lip and looked around.

"What was the code again?" Chan said. Jeongin chuckled despite the situation.
"Don't play games now, honey." Jeongin said. Chan shrugged his shoulders.
"I was just trying to lighten the mood." He said. He tapped the screen and the numbers zero to nine lit up.

Chan put in the code: 2018#25#03
He then pressed OK. They waited for a second, but eventually the blue letters lit up green and they heard a click. Chan sighed in relief and Jeongin positioned himself in front of the door with the gun.

"On three." Chan said. Jeongin nodded. "One."
Jeongin turned towards Hyunjin. "You all stay here until we finish." Jeongin told him. Hyunjijn nodded.

"Two." Chan said. He gripped the handle tighter, and Jeongin turned back towards the door.
"Three!" Chan almost yelled. He jerked the door open and Jeongin jumped in front of the now open door. In the span of a millisecond he fired the gun, the sound ripping open their ears.

They heard agonised screams and even some words, but not one cohesive sentence.
Jeongin lowered the gun, having used almost all munition. He turned back around.

"Let's go." He said. He walked through the door, followed by Chan, his ripped lab coat floating behind him. Hyunjin and Felix were the first to walk in. Their mouths fell open in shock.

There were at least a hundred bodies on the ground. They were all wearing black jumpsuits, none wore bullet proof equipment. They had masks on just like the contestants wore and were all obviously dead.

Somehow Jeongin had managed not to waste a single bullet.
"You killed all these people?" Changbin said, with a sort of disgust in his voice. Jeongin shook his head.
"They aren't people." Jeongin said calmly. Changbin scoffed.
"Then what are they?" He said. Jeongin shook his head and sighed. He kneeled down beside a nonspecific body and took off the mask. The group was left in disgust.

The face looked like multiple types of tissue were just roughly sewn together. The eyes were dead and inhumane, the familiar black goo seeped out of its mouth.

"They were long dead." Jeongin said sombrely. He dropped the mask back on the creature's face. "They're like zombies, it's for the best, believe me." He said.

Changbin didn't speak. Jeongin turned back around.
"Doctor Kim, such a shame I had to see your face here." He spoke calmly. Just then the group noticed the man standing in the room. Behind him were the four familiar light-flashes that had escorted them here.

Hyunjin gasped in anger. He immediately recognised the man. He felt Felix's anger flare up beside him as well.

The fit looking man with the little gray hair on the top of his head. The broad shoulders that were now covered with a white lab coat. The lower left arm that had been switched with the huge tube, that had turned out to be a gun. Even the ridiculous eye patch.

"You." He hissed. The man didn't even notice him. In fact, he was staring at none other than Seungmin. Seungmin looked back at him with cold eyes.
"Seungmin, is that you?" Doctor Kim spoke, almost in a vulnerable and scared voice.

Seungmin scoffed. "Fuck you, dad." He said before he lifted up the revolver he held in his hands and fired the bullet. The man collapsed and didn't move.

Hyunjin and Felix were both frozen in shock. It had all happened so fast, that they could barely comprehend it.
"Let's go." Chan said. "We might not be in a hurry, but I want to leave this shit place as fast as possible." He pulled a disgusted face and walked over to one of the four planes.

"Let's go, honey." Felix nudged Hyunjin's shoulder. Hyunjin nodded and walked along with Felix closer to the two men in lab coats.

They tapped in the code on one of those screens, and they heard a click. Chan stepped back, and very slowly the back of the plane opened.

"We should take off the coats." Chan concluded out of nowhere.
"Oh yeah, good idea." Jeongin said before both men started unbuttoning their lab coats. Chan was the first to get it off and threw it on the ground with some type of disgust. He was wearing a pair of baggy jeans and a simple sleeveless undershirt, showing off his muscular arms. Jeongin was wearing a pair of baggy jeans as well, except he was wearing a long-sleeved turtleneck.

"Finally." Chan said before he stepped in the plane. Without any hesitation he sat beside the steering wheel, and Jeongin was quick to join him behind the other wheel.
The small group was quick to follow them in.

"Can you even fly the plane?" Changbin asked nervously. Chan nodded.
"We revived the damn things." He said. Changbin nodded and sat down on the ground.

"Hey, where's the wall that separates the back from the cockpit?" Felix asked curiously. Chan pressed a button and the back of the plane closed.
"Jeongin open the ceiling, please." Chan said. "Sorry, Felix, what did you say?"

Felix sighed and repeated his question.
"Oh." Chan said simply. He pressed another button, and in the split of a second a metal wall appeared, just like when they had been transported over there. Felix couldn't help but feel curious. Suddenly the wall disappeared again.

"You know what, I don't even wanna know how that works." He concluded. Chan nodded.
"Understandable." Jeongin sighed. "The ceiling has been opened." He said. Chan nodded. A lot of buttons were pressed and a lot of switches were switched, until they finally felt the motor start under their feet.

"Here we go." Hyunjin whispered, relief overflowing his voice.
