"Fuuuuuck.." I groan out as I lay here, with the bright as fuck sun hitting my throbbing head. It feels like millions of tiny molten hot needles being flung into my eyelids. I know for sure I'm not in my bedroom, I have blackout shades in there.
I move my hands around to try and get a sense of my surroundings. I finally open my eyes and notice that I am on the couch in my sitting room next to the kitchen. I wince at the light pouring through my very large Arch style windows. I regret these Damn windows at this moment, but they do go well with my Spanish style Villa. Maybe some blackout curtains will need to be purchased sooner than later...I will have to reach out to my cousin Evan who also just happens to be the architect that created this place for me. Now I need him or his wife Tania to see if blackout curtains are even an option.
When I'm finally able to keep my eyes open, I look around, but I don't see Jeremy anywhere. I do, however, smell coffee and bacon. I wonder if he went home or went upstairs to go to sleep?
"Shit... what time is it" I grumble.
I begrudgingly get up to look for my phone, I do this quite clumsily mind you. I decided to give up on my search for my phone. I attempt a few steps and have to stop to steady myself a bit since I am still feeling a bit wobbly. Damn this living room looks like a slew of wild animals stampeded through my living area. "How much did I drink last night?" I grunt while holding my head.
I head to the kitchen which is a short walk from the couch to my rustic Spanish inspired kitchen. I see Jeremy sitting at the breakfast nook in the far corner of my kitchen reading the paper and drinking a cup of coffee. He looks freshly showered and dressed for the day, unlike me who woke up in my white undershirt and my Lazy One's bat moose boxer briefs that were a gift from Elena. Yes, I said bat moose... my boxer briefs have pictures of a moose dressed up like batman.
Jeremy puts down his paper when he hears me staggering over to the coffee pot like one of those walking dead zombies searching for brains. I side eye him before I turn my full attention to fixing my coffee. Of course, the first cup I see is Elenas favorite Tinkerbelle coffee cup, with an adorable little Tinkerbelle flying and sprinkling pixie dust over the quote on the cup that reads. 'Hello! I'm the happiness fairy. I've sprinkled happy dust on you. Now smile dammit this shit's expensive!'. Which only makes me think of her beautiful smile in the kitchen while wearing one of my shirts and nothing else making us coffee and breakfast. The thought of her dancing and swaying her hips around the kitchen gets my dick twitching with excitement... Until I remember that she's gone and it's all my damn fault. I sigh out loud...
I grab her cup and make my coffee, black with I spoonful of organic coconut sugar. I make my way to where Jeremy is sitting, and he chuckles at me. "what the fuck is that on your underwear, Jax." Jeremy chortles.
