Hinila niya ako nang akma na akong lalabas ng kwarto. "Wait baby, you got it all wrong."

"Anong mali Zairon? Pinarinig mo pa talaga sa akin? Sinungaling ka talaga!" bulyaw ko habang pagpupumiglas sa pagkakahawak niya sa pulso ko. Nahila ko ang kamay ko pero agad din niya namang nahila ulit at pinaharap ako sa kaniya. We are now staring at each other. Mahinahon niya lang akong tiningnan habang ako ay malapit na maputol ang ugat ko sa ulo.

"Please calm down, okay? I will explain." Ngumiti pa siya na kinaikot ko lang ng mata. He opened his arms wide, silently asking me for a hug. I made a grumpy face, but still, I hugged him. Just so you know, I was still upset with him.

Hinayaan ko lang siyang buhatin ako ulit papunta sa higaan at umupo siya roon habang nakaupo ako sa kandungan niya.

Hahalikan niya sana ako pero hinarang ko ang nguso niya sa palad ko. Nakadamit na ako habang siya ay hubo't hubad pa. Ramdam ko tuloy ang pagkalalaki niya sa puwet ko pero hindi ko na iyon pinansin dahil naiinis ako ngayon.

He sighed and was defeated when I was still not in the mood. "My cousin's name is Lovely Cassidy, baby and when I mentioned the date, she always asks me for a spot para sa date nila ng boyfriend niya. Kahit noon pa ay ako pa rin itatanong niya dahil minsan lang siya sa Pilipinas."

If I remember correctly, I even heard that Love again noon. May tumawag rin sa kaniya na akala ko si Shannon. So, is this woman she was talking to the same with that woman in the past? But still, wala ba siyang Google? May mapa ang buong mundo!

"Bakit ikaw ang tinatanong niya? May Google naman!" Maldita kong sagot at mas lalo lamang akong bumusangot.

He chuckled and his chest vibrated beneath me. "Well, she trusts my taste, I guess. And she knows I've been to a lot of places here in the Philippines."

I narrowed my eyes on him. "So, you're like her... date consultant?"

He laughed again, the sound echoing in the room. Ngumuso ako dahil sa pagtawa niya. "Something like that, baby," Natatawa pa siya pero pinigilan niya lang. "Ang sarap pala sa feeling na nagseselos ang baby ko." Dagdag niya pa at ngumiti ng malaki. Ang saya ng loko ah, kutusan ko kaya 'to?

I glared at him, my annoyance growing. "Oh, so it's funny to you, huh?" I snapped. "You think it's amusing that I'm jealous?"

His laughter died down and he looked at me with his eyes softening. "No, baby. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to upset you," he said with his gentle voice. "I just... I've never seen you like this before. It's... cute."

"Cute?" I repeated, incredulous. "Zairon, I'm not some adorable puppy you can laugh at. I was genuinely upset!"

"I know, I know," he said quickly, his hands moving to my waist in a soothing gesture. "I'm sorry, okay? I didn't mean to make light of your feelings. I just... I didn't expect you to get jealous over something like this."

I huffed, crossing my arms over my chest. "Well, maybe next time you should think before you speak," I muttered, looking away from him.

He was silent for a moment, and then I felt his hand on my chin, gently turning my face towards him. "Hey," he said softly. "Look at me."

I reluctantly met his gaze, my heart pounding in my chest. He was looking at me with such intensity, such sincerity, that it was hard to stay angry at him.

"I'm sorry, baby," he said again. "I didn't mean to hurt you. I promise, I'll be more careful with my words next time." Napabuntung-hininga nalang ako at kinamot ang ulo ko. "I'm sorry for not telling you. Huwag ka na magalit, please?" Malambing niyang dagdag at hinalikan ako sa pisngi.
