"You look beautiful," Jay whispered in Riley's ear as he stood behind her, his arms wrapping around her waist settling on her stomach. He was smiling from ear to ear and Riley could tell he was really happy. She was too, but she had this nagging feeling in her stomach - she'd had it all week, ever since they agreed to get married earlier than they initially thought.

"I love you, Jay." She spoke, her voice low and filled with emotion. She'd been like this all week and Jay thought at first that it had everything to do with the Darrell case and how she and Kim got taken. But he was starting to doubt it because everytime she said 'I love you', she made it sound like it was the last.

"Are you sure you want to do this?" Jay asked her, kissing the side of her face. He looked forward and into the mirror where he could clearly see her avoiding his eyes.

Riley cleared her throat, "Yeah, I'm sure." She forced a smile, one that Jay didn't quite believe. "Why do you keep asking?"

"It's just that I thought you wanted a ceremony with all of our friends, so-"

Riley cut him off, "And we can still do that. But I figured we could get the paperwork and laws out of the way and have our friends just enjoy the ceremony." Riley shrugged, flashing him another half convincing smile.

Jay could understand where she was coming from, as he'd gone to a wedding once and he found the ceremony pretty boring and long for nothing. So getting married at City Hall first to have an intimate ceremony afterwards actually sounded pretty good to him.

Riley was dressed in a white jumpsuit with black high heels. She'd also done a light makeup look to accompany her wavy hair. She looked absolutely stunning and Jay couldn't stop looking at her.

"I love you too." He finally answered and she felt a weight lifted from her shoulders, her eyes becoming glossy. "Aurora's ready."

"Then let's get married." She lowly spoke, turning around to face him. She smiled, and this time Jay bought it. He smiled back, pressing his lips against hers.

As Jay drove, she kept her eyes on him taking him in. He wore a black button up and black dress pants, looking as classy as ever. "I've known for years that I wanted it to be me, you, always." He suddenly spoke, seeing her jump in surprise at the sound of his voice.

"Yeah?"

He hummed, "Since the night I met you." He smiled lovingly at her, "Marrying you is the best thing that ever happened to me, Riley." Jay paused, looking behind him shortly, "Well, apart from Aurora - of course." He jokingly spoke, as if he offended the eleven months old.

Riley chuckled lightly, "You two are the best things that happened to me, Jay. I don't know what I would do without you." She told him sincerely and he could tell she was getting emotional.

He sighed, shaking his head lightly, "Riley," He stared ahead of him, his hands holding onto the wheel thightly. He knew she was listening so he continued. "Why'd do truly want us to get married right away?"
