"Tender-age black male. Executed. One shot to the head, other to the chest. Third was in his back. .9 millimeter." Voight spoke up as they all stood over the body, all of them sporting a grave look on their faces.

"There's no signs of a struggle, and no signs that he was restrained." Riley continued, her voice almost getting caught in her throat as Hailey pulled back the drape to take a look at the boy. Jay glanced up at her and after seeing the haunted look on her face, he continued for her.

"Maybe he knew the assailant, and they led him back here." The team then separated to talk to the people who still stood around, writing down anything that could be useful.

As Riley, Jay and Voight stood around discussing theories about what about, they heard a commotion coming from where the patrolmen blocked the street. "Let me through. Let me through!"

"You can't cross."

"Let me go." She pushed through them and walked under the red tape.

"Guys, this is Lauren Brooks. I think she's the mom."The patrolman yelled to the Intelligence detectives, watching as she walked through.

"Ma'am, I have to warn you--" Voight tried to slow her down, but she just pushed past him and towards the body.

"Just show me."

"Ma'am..." Riley trailed off, making her take a step back as she and Jay bent down to pull down the drape - just enough so the woman was able to see his face.

"Oh, my God. Oh, my God." She sobbed, falling down to her knees. Riley caught her, wrapping her arms around the woman as she tried to reach over to the boy.

"I'm sorry. I can't let you touch him." The detective's voice lightly broke while she contained her gently, hoping to bring her even the slightest bit of comfort. Jay reached over to touch the woman's arm to keep her from reaching out.

"Hey! Is that him?" A man asked as he ran towards the scene, stopping in front of a patrolman that was standing behind the red tape. "Is that Noah? Hey, I'm Brian Johnson. I'm Noah's dad. Is that Noah?"

"Let him through." Voight called out to the patrolman. The man rushed towards the scene and the detectives watched as the woman quickly stood up and went right up to the man to yell in his face.

"You did this! You did this! You brought this on him!" Atwater grabbed the man to pull him away as Riley pulled away the woman. She passed her off to Hailey subtly before walking up to Atwater and the father of the little boy.

"Noah. Noah, get up."He cried, still trying to get out of Atwater's grip.

"I understand, man."

"Oh!" His voice cracked, "You understand? Man, move!"

"Come on, bro. Bro. I'm Officer Atwater." Kevin spoke, turning to the man that was standing behind the father. "What's your name, little man?"

"That's my brother, Miles, man. Watch out."
