While Courtney is in her office, Fred asked the doctor for his blessing so he could ask Courtney to marry him, the doctor is unsure why Fred needs to ask permission to ask but now he just wants Courtney to be happy, he opens the office door to see how happy she is by working in the capital and being in an relationship with someone who also wants her happy too.
Courtney looks up from her desk and notices that Fred and her dad are talking very quietly, she knows that Fred is going to propose to her, she just chuckles to herself quietly, she gets brief eye contact with her dad and raises her eye brow wondering what he is going to say to Fred.
The conversation between Fred and her dad took ages , she went out of her office to see where the two people who she love the most, she looked around the hallway to see if anything had happened in the last hour or so since she last saw Fred or her dad.
She walks towards the panopticon all because she can hear a whole lot of a noise coming there, she noticed that her dad and Fred are trying their hardest to control the crowd, she walks through the crowd to see what her dad and Fred are doing.
