Power of Dominion (Pokemon Cynthia x READER)

CH 10 : Resolve

I felt my body going limp as it crashed into the ocean, the cold water surrounded me and one by one my senses began to fade. First my sight then my hearing. I was left with my last fleeting thoughts as I sunk into the ocean.

I reopened my eyes and discovered I was in a white room. The floor, ceiling was all white and not a single soul was present.

"Hello y/n" I turned to face the voice and standing in front of me was the part of my soul that was lost a long time ago.

"Mom?" I realized that I was dead and I rushed to hold her in my arms. I felt tears run down my face.

"It's been so long mother please take me with you" I whispered 

"Y/n I don't need you" I halted at the statement and pulled away from her.

"Y/n I'm dead and I've been gone for very long and even though I love you and I want to make up for all the time I owe you I don't need you ,my life is already over"

Suddenly the soft sounds of footprints came closer and I felt warm familiar hands on my leg.

"Ark!!" the figure of a small Monferno jumped into my arms I clutched it as hard as I could before it slipped out and crawled to my mother a few tears ran through her face.

"Y/n we will always be waiting here for you but what about the people on the other side don't you want them to be safe?" I gasped as my hearing returned the sounds of Gligar and Kadabras cries.

"Y/n until the day you finally join us I want you to keep living ,make your existence and life something we all can be proud of"

*crack

The walls of the room began to crack and water quickly filled it. Mother and Ark began to fade.

"Y/n if you truly want to join us and abandon those who still live you may die here in the sea but if you really love those around you redeem yourself and keep living"

"I LOVE YOU MOM, ARK"

"WE LOVE YOU TOO Y/N"

*CRACKK!!!

I regained composure and forced myself awake Gyrados and Silver pulled me out of water. Skarmory had taken the brunt of the attack but its armor had slashed my chest leaving a dark red cut through the middle.

"Magneton use thundershock I felt a surge of electricity shock my body forcing me awake.

"What the hell man ?!" I stopped as I noticed Silvers eyes were full of rage and sadness. I turned and saw Skarmorys lifeless metal body burnt and crushed. Silver gritted his teeth and turned in Kyogres direction.

"I want to see that thing scream in agony" I stood up and placed my hand on Skarmory closing its eyes its last few murmurs came out like a whisper. Silver returned it to its pokeball and placed it in his pocket.

I held onto Silvers shoulder."We're making it out of here but we're taking that thing down first"

We circled Kyogre for one final attack Cynthia and her 3 Pokémon were trading blows non-stop using the sky and ocean to dodge Kyogres attacks.

Kyogre roared in pain and aimed an ice beam at Cynthia. Suddenly a bright light flashed all around us even Kyogre was distracted and turned to the light.

Silver gasped in shock "Kadabra is evolving??" In a magnificent light display Kadabras body evolved into Alakazam. I grinned at Silver "seems like  trading Kadabra caused it to evolve" Silver nodded as he remembered how we swapped Kadabra and Gyrados.
