To whoever finds this video let me introduce myself as Professor Nora l/n. Those of you in the science field may know me as the fool that turned down the valuable offer to work at the Unova Pokémon research center or maybe for my work as a head scientist for Oasis but today is not about me , today is about the future of Pokémon. You'd think as a scientist my belief in the supernatural would be very limited but it's quite the opposite, today I bring you the results of my own experiment funded and created by me. I bring you the theory on Dominion come to life.

The soft sound of a baby crying echoed in the background as Nora lifted it to the cameras view. 

"This is Y/n the first recorded specimen containing 50% genes from a parent with dominion . This does not mean that Y/n will definitely have the Dominion ability but It could very well be possible. That brings me to the most important goal of this experiment, To not only preserve this valuable asset but to also provide our side a means of protection from any other forces of evil including those with Dominion themselves". The woman coddled the baby in her arms hushing it to sleep.

"As much as it pains me to say this Y/ns life will never be normal he will always be called into the chaos battling against those who wish to do the world harm but his very presence ignites the flame of hope for humanity"

Nora smiled at the baby as a tear fell from her eye "I'm sorry for bringing you into this world like this if only things were different"

Currently 

 As the smoke rose past the higher floors until it circled around the roof where Neer stood pridefully.

"You should feel honored champion, I left the comfort of my throne to battle with you" he said turning around to face Cynthia.

"There is no honor in your existence" she sneered as Garchomp took its battle stance. Her mind was fogged by worrying thoughts about Y/n and Steven.

"Are you worried about the boy, don't worry you'll be seeing him soon" He lifted his hands as he cried out to the sky.

"Indulge in my excellence for I am the one who will bring a new age to the region and soon the world once you relinquish the false hope you have given to my subjects"

"The only thing I will relinquish for you is your filthy soul from my region!"

Neer throw out a single master ball, the temperature skyrocketed as a familiar pokemon stepped out of a cloud of smoke. "HEATRAN Finish what you started"

"Eruption" Heatran flexed its entire body and spewed a wave of lava into the air raining down onto the field, Garchomp roared in agony as the molten earth scorched its scales.

"Use Swords Dance" Garchomp shrugged off the attack before sharpening its claws raising its attack.

"Use Outrage" Garchomp burst forward shattering the ground with every stride. It slashed into Heatrans armor tearing open the metal. "Use Heat wave" Cynthia winced and covered her face as a burst of flames erupted in front of her. Garchomp roared in anger and lifted its talons up "Finish this with earthquake"

With one powerful slam Garchomp tore open the ground sending both it and Heatran crashing into the throne room. Heatran landed face first in front on Neers throne lava leaking from its mouth.

"Well done champion but we've only just begun" cackled Neer the smoke from the third floor surrounded the rooftop. Cynthia scowled as Neer relished in the battle.

"How can you use living beings as your toys and puppets, how do you sleep at night?" said Cynthia.

"I sleep on my golden throne " Neer
