Silver surfed through the lake on Feraligatr circling the body of water several times "This is impossible how the the hell can I not find it!" he exclaimed. Suddenly a soft giggle echoed through the fog sending shivers down Silvers spine.
A human with no control of their emotions is no different than a rabid beast, accept your emotion less you become worse than thing you fear
The fog lifted and a bright light zoomed towards Silver. Feraligatr instinctively cared forward but the light kept honing on them. Feraligatr sped off slicing through the water at blinding speeds. The soft giggling only grew closer as the light chased them down its shaped morphed and changed into a pink fairy like pokemon.

A blue beam of light fired onto the water barely missing Silver. Feraligatr picked up the pace circling the lake while Silver gave him commands to dodge.
"It's no use it's closing the distance"
"Mesprit please, we need your help" asked Silver. Suddenly like a lightning bolt Mesprit disappeared and reappeared just inches from the boys face.
"Do I owe you something, or have a reason that burdens me to help you?"
Silver winced in fear the pokemon voice changed to a terrifying whisper. "T-this is your region the people and pokemon here need you help don't you feel compelled to help them"
Compelled by what ? Guilt or maybe shame do you recognize those emotions.
Silver froze in place Feraligatr tried to move but its body was frozen in place. In a flash of pink light Silver and his pokemon were teleported into the cavern and dropped to the floor. Mesprit floated above him.
Confronting the being of emotion without even understanding your own feelings is shameful perhaps you do not deserve those emotions, shall I take them away?
Silver gritted his teeth "Listen here there's no time for my emotions especially not right now I came to ask for you to create the red chain that's all"
You expect me to entrust the greatest feat attained by us to a emotional child who can't even face his own reflection
Silver looked away Mesprit lowered itself before the boy
"You expect to find redemption and respect by becoming stronger but without facing the guilt caused by your actions your redemption will not have any value"
"WHAT DO YOU KNOW OF MY GUILT?" Mesprit smiled
I am the being of emotion I inspired human to find the nobility in pain, sorrow and joy in order to become worthy of the red chain you must face your guilt. Tell me what it is that binds your heart.
"I-" stammered Silver "I feel guilty for not appreciating my pokemon enough perhaps if I did then skarmory would have lived and I left Johto because I couldn't face the people who tried to help after how coldly I treated them. I just don't know why I push everyone who helps me away!!" Mesprit shook its head
