Ashinomaki Onesen Ookawaso

That's where the four of them were supposed to go.

While waiting at the station where the train was supposed to pick them up, they couldn't hide their excitement about the whole trip.

Eventually they were greeted by a long train What attracted the attention of those waiting on the platform were the cheerful images of cats that decorated the carriages.

Seeing the cute looking train, Hideaki almost squealed with excitement.

"Eeek! This train is so cute!!"

Seiji and Rika just giggled when they saw this.

"I see you seem to like our mode of transportation more than our entire trip," added the blond-haired programmer.

Hideaki blushed with embarrassment
"Um... N-no! S-shut up! It's a train like any other... Tch! T-those cats on the trains are... um... just n-nice... That's all! Tch !"

Seiji rolled his eyes. Hideaki's love for cats couldn't go unnoticed.

A moment later, everyone boarded the carriages and the journey to the northern part of Japan began...

As the train started moving, Hideaki couldn't help but look out the window every now and then, admiring the partly snow-covered countryside with excitement.

Seiji and Ken were engaged in each other's conversation, and Rika was browsing the Internet on her phone.

After a long time they were already there.

The hotel was located along the Ookawa river, surrounded by the charming nature that included valleys and mountains.

When they entered the hotel, they were greeted by a open-air lobby, modern interior design mixed with tradition.

Inside, the smell and atmosphere of the place invited them to rest and relax after hard weeks of work...

The sight of such a wonderful place took their breath away.

The wooden elements of the fence on the upper floor harmonized with the more modern part of the building. What caught particular attention was the large wooden square platform in the very center - a stage, illuminated by the soft light of the lamps all around a place where the local shamisen could play during afternoon hours.

Wooden stairs and paths led to this floating stage and ended at various parts of the buildings, and below, flowed water creating beautiful visual and soothing sounds...

After collecting their room keys, the four of them went upstairs to put their things away.

They all had rooms at floor 7.

Bright corridors, with sunlight that poured in, gave an additional sense of ease and joy while they were passing to get to their rooms.

Rika and Ken shared a room together. As modern as the rest of the hotel. Designed especially for couples.

Seiji shared a room with his murderer..

When the both man entered, Hideaki couldn't help but feel so excited.

"It's so fucking amazing!! Hehehehe!!! The beds are so soft and comfortable! The bathroom is so modern! The view is so nice!!!! And we have heated kotatsu!!! Aaah!!!! I feel like I'm living in an expensive apartment!"
He spoke excitedly as he checked every corner of the room.

Seeing his reaction, Seiji just laughed lightly,
'I think he likes it...'
He thought and then sat down on his bed.
"You like it when we go somewhere outside the apartment, don't you?" he asked his roommate.
