(Ominis' Perspective)
After our visit to Anne, I Apparated Helena and myself to the Undercroft. From there, I walked her to the Slytherin common room, hung my coat on the rack in the hall, and headed to my dorm.
"Goodnight, Helena. I'll see you tomorrow," I said softly at her bedroom door.
She didn't answer.
So, I made my way to my own room, a bit puzzled.
I heard soft footsteps and the faint rustling of fabric. I already knew who it was.
*Why am I not surprised...*
I opened the door. "Helena, what are you doing in my room? It's bedtime."
She giggled. "I know! I was on my way."
I let out a deep sigh, pulling off my clothes and grabbing my pajama bottoms. As I stepped toward her, I gently took her arms in my hands.
"I take it you're planning to sleep here tonight?"
"If you don't mind... Your bed is so comfy."
*You probably mean in my arms you feel safe.*
I got into bed and opened my arms. "Come on, then."
With another soft giggle, she crawled in beside me. Her face pressed against my chest, her hair tickling my arm as she wrapped an arm around my waist, nuzzling in closer. I could tell by her steady breathing—she was relaxed, perfectly at peace.
I kissed her forehead and ran my fingers through her hair.
*I love you.*
"Goodnight, Lena."
"Goodnight, Omi."
That night, sleep came and went in waves. My nerves made it hard to settle. At some point, Helena rolled to her side of the bed and mumbled in her sleep.
"Biscuit, no... don't steal my cookies..."
I chuckled quietly. She had told me all about Biscuit, the Mooncalf she rescued—an odd little creature with a sweet tooth for chocolate cookies. Garnuff, the goblin, had let her keep it, and since then, she'd had daily cookie heists to deal with.
I remembered visiting her Vivarium once. It had a cold wind and the soothing sound of waves. I could still hear her splashing through puddles as she chased the cookie thief through her magical sanctuary.
Smiling at the memory, I slid closer to Helena and began to unwind.
My hand brushed a rough patch of skin on her back—a scar. My fingers lingered over it.
*How did she get this? I'll ask her tomorrow.*
I wrapped my arm around her waist and nestled my face against her neck. Her breathing calmed me, guiding me back to sleep.

(Helena's Perspective)It was Monday, and we had a new class added to our schedule this week.
As I walked with Imelda and Ominis toward the classroom, we noticed a crowd gathered around the entrance. Students were pushing and craning their necks to look inside.
We tried to squeeze through, but no one was moving.
"What's that in his hands?" someone asked.
"Probably just a plant or something," another voice responded.
"He's so handsome... I hope he's my professor," a girl sighed, twirling her hair.
"Check out that fine ass in those fitted pants..." Imelda smirked at me, standing on her toes for a better view.
