(helena's perspective)I walked with Anne and Imelda to the Great Hall for lunch. It was the first day of our final year at Hogwarts, and all morning I'd had this strange feeling in my stomach, nerves I couldn't explain.
I filled Imelda in on everything she'd missed over the summer, her time in India with Amit and then Portugal with her parents had kept her completely out of the loop. She didn't believe a word of it. Too stubborn to accept that Ominis and I had broken up, that Evander was gone, that I'd kissed Sebastian, gone on dates with him... and that now I was officially in a relationship with him.
Then I saw him.
My thoughts stopped completely. My cheeks flushed immediately, and I felt like I was melting right there in the archway. His eyes found mine, and I hurried past, trying to play it cool. I slipped into a seat beside Natty, hoping to avoid any awkward tension with Ominis. We hadn't spoken since our breakup no letters, no visits, no anything. I didn't know if he was angry or just trying to move on.
Anne and Imelda took their seats across from me. And then I felt him.
That warm, confident presence at my side. A tall, muscled body sliding into the seat beside me. I turned my head to find Sebastian smiling at me.
"Hello, Helena," he said softly.
"Hello, Sebastian," I replied, blushing again.
Garreth plopped down next to Anne, with Amit on his other side. Our group was back together, ready for one last year.

He barely had time to react before I smacked the back of his head and pinched his arm.
"Ow! What was that for?" he barked.
I yanked on his tie. "Because you're an ass, Garreth Weasley. I heard about what you did before summer. Adelaide? Seriously?"
He ruffled his hair, trying to play it off. "You know I like Anne. Adelaide was just... there. I needed a little attention."
I smacked him in the chest. "Don't ever hurt her again, or I'll kick your arse."
He pouted, his eyes lowered. "That kinda turns me on, you know."
I groaned. "Merlin, you absolute idiot."
Just then, Sebastian approached.
I grabbed his hand and pulled him over. "I'll send Sallow after you!" Sebastian raised an eyebrow at me, confused. Garreth's face quickly shifted from smug to terrified. "Please don't. I swear, Fig, I'll behave. Don't send that scary pumpkin after me."Sebastian's jaw tightened. "I'm not a pumpkin," he muttered.
Then he grabbed Garreth's tie. "What did you do, Weasley?"
Garreth held up both hands defensively. "Nothing! I promise! It's all fine!" Then he bolted.
"You better watch out, Garreth!" I shouted after him, laughing as I turned to Sebastian.
"Hi," I smiled.
"Hey there," he said with a grin, pulling me into a soft kiss.
"Why exactly am I your enforcer today?" he teased.
"Because Weasley's being a pain."
He slung an arm over my shoulder, and we headed up the stairs toward our first class.
We were still laughing about Garreth's panicked face as we approached the Potions classroom. Sebastian's arm rested comfortably over my shoulder, until we reached the final step and bumped into someone.
