(Helena perspective)

The morning sun warmed my skin as I stood barefoot in the garden beside Sebastian. The grass was still damp with lingering mist, cool against our feet. After a night of much-needed rest, we'd decided to train, something we hadn't done properly since before he went to Azkaban. We were rusty, no doubt, but it felt good to move again.

I wore tight black training pants and a cropped black top. My hair was pinned and tied back, though a few loose strands framed my face. Sebastian was shirtless, wearing only a pair of black training shorts that fell to his knees.

"Remember what I told you, Lena," he said, his voice low but firm. "Fighting stance. Feet wide. Fists in front of your face. Arms close to your body."

"Like this?" I asked, mimicking his pose.

"Almost..." he smirked. "Wait, let me show you."

He stepped behind me, gently nudging my legs farther apart with his knees. His elbows pushed my arms inward, positioning them near my waist, and his hands adjusted my fists until they were right before my face. He leaned in, his breath brushing my ear.

"That's it..."

He stepped away and returned to his position. "Alright, let's see what you've got. Hit me."

I threw a punch into his open palm.

"Not bad... but harder."

I hit him again, this time with more force.

"Better! Now the other fist. Like this, one, two."

I followed his motion, punching left, then right.

"Good. Just watch your stance. Your fists keep dropping. Every punch needs to snap back, arms tight, fists up. If you let them dangle, someone can take you down in seconds."

I practiced a few more combos, adjusting until the movement felt natural.

Then he stepped into a fighting stance. "Now let's spar. You block, you hit, first to three wins."

We exchanged blows, blocking and countering, light taps to the chest. He beat me twice, but I caught him off guard with a quick left-right combo and landed a clean hit on his chest.

"Yes!" I shouted.

"Well done, sweetheart," he said with a breathy laugh, wiping sweat from his brow.

"New challenge," he added. "Kicks now. Use the instep of your foot. Target here"
He stepped in, placing a warm, sweaty hand on my waist. "You can block like before, elbow, dodge, or step back."

He lifted my leg for me, guiding it into a kicking motion. "Like this... Not like this." He chuckled as he adjusted the angle.

I nodded, smirking. "Aye, Sergeant."

We started again.

"This isn't a fair fight," I muttered. "You're a giant compared to me."

"Then get on your toes," he teased.

I did, nearly landing a kick to his face.

"Whoa, easy, Fig! I like my teeth where they are," he laughed.

We kept going, me winning the first two rounds, and him the last.

"Break," I huffed, flopping into the grass. He dropped beside me, both of us reaching for our water bottles.

"You're getting better," he said between sips. "Keep this up and you'll be able to knock out Leander."

I laughed. "Why would I kick his ass?"
