(Sebastian perspective)

I stepped back slightly to see her reaction to the kiss. She looked up at me, her freckles glowing in the sunlight. I'd always wanted to kiss every little freckle on her radiant skin. A soft blush bloomed on her cheeks, and she smiled, shyly turning her face to the left, giggling to avoid my eyes.

I chuckled lowly, a warm hum rising in my chest as I turned my face the other way, mirroring her. A shiver ran down my spine when her fingertips lightly traced the length of my arm. I turned back to her, only to find her eyes already fixed on me, glowing with mischief and softness. Her lips parted slightly as she let out a breathy laugh, shaking her head in a way that made my heart skip.

I raised my hand, brushing her cheek with gentle care. My thumb trailed over her bottom lip, tugging it slightly as I leaned closer and whispered against her mouth,
"Now, be a good girl and tell me to stop... because I might just kiss you again."

Her body leaned into mine, closing the space between us.
"Then do it already," she murmured.

I brought both hands up, cradling her face as I kissed her again, deeper this time. Her arms wrapped around my neck, and she stood on her toes to match my height. Her lips parted for me, and our kiss grew more passionate, more certain. Our tongues met, slow and electric. This, this was the kiss we should have shared two years ago.

When we finally broke apart to catch our breath, we smiled at each other, breathless and filled with something that had waited far too long.

I took her hand in mine.
"Come with me. There's something I want to show you."

With a twist, we Apparated to my cabin tucked away in the woods.

She looked around, her eyes curious.
"What is this place?"
I tugged her along gently by the hand.
"My temporary home," I said as I opened the door.

She stepped inside slowly, taking it all in. I lingered by the door, arms crossed, letting her explore at her own pace. She wandered past the kitchen and fireplace, her steps soft against the wooden floor, and sat on the edge of the bed. Her hands gripped the sides of the mattress while her legs swung gently.

"It's..." she began.

"Small, I know," I said with a shrug.

She glanced at me, a small smile on her lips.
"Cozy."

She stood again and moved toward the bookshelf, tilting her head slightly to read the titles.
"Did you read all of these?" she asked, pulling out a gray-covered book.

I stepped closer.
"Most of them. A few are still untouched, but I plan to get through them before the new school year."

She flipped through the book, then looked up at me with a knowing smile.
"Didn't know you were into these."
She returned the book to the shelf.

Her fingers drifted along the wooden wall, following its natural grooves until she reached my cabinet. She paused, then opened the door, and froze.

Chains.

She turned to me, eyes wide with a half-playful, half-shocked expression.

I burst into laughter.
"Going to kill me?" she teased with a grin.
"Hm... thinking about it," I murmured.

She lifted a small glass flask sealed with a cork.
"You kept it..." she whispered.
"Of course," I replied. Inside, the dandelion was suspended in magic, its seeds perfectly preserved.

Then her gaze landed on a familiar blue book. She pulled it from the cabinet, and I asked,
"Did you finish it?"

She softened.
"Not really. I waited for you. I wanted us to read about Mr. Darcy together."
