"There is a nurse's room in this building?" I ask

"Get her head checked to because apparently her brain is connected to her arm and she can't fucking think straight" manik says

i turn my head to manik and obviously he doens't say anything

"Manik bad" he says to her making me nod

"Nandini get your arm dressed and you get the fuck out of here" he says looking at soha

"What he said" I say to soha who looks like poha

Before she could say anything I booked it out of there, cabir was behind me, I could hear his steps

"Does it hurt?" He asks catching up to me

"No" I lie looking at him

"Fine it does, it hurts so bad. I feel like it will start pealing"

"hopefully not but Nandini, sweetie if you are hurt you have to get it checked instead of keep working"

now that I think about it, that is very true. When I first started working there was this prominent frown on manik's forehead and that frown would never change, it was just there
