~Chapter 9 hidden secret~

~Chan's pov.~

After a girl pushed back Felix his bone and she in her wolf form healed the wound up pretty much, we decided it would be best if we gonna sleep since Felix and I would have to attend to that stupid school tomorrow. We could always ditch it since we found the long lost alpha princess who soon would be throned to queen, the only problem is is that we don't know what she looks like. I will make a report tomorrow morning before traveling to the human world again. I got lost in my thoughts about the mysterious alpha girl laying next to me. Soon I couldn't keep my eyes open anymore and must have drifted off to dreamland.

A few hours laters I heard paws walking down the stairs and felt that she left me as fast as she came. I know I just have met her yesterday, but the mate bond made me crave more from her. I wanna know more about her even tho I just see her dart off in the forest again. It hurts me to see that she is willing to leave so fast. A small tear rolled down my cheek before I started to write a report for the king and queen about the previous events.A hour later I decided to check on Felix and his ankle to see if I would let him come to the human world with me. When I walked in his room, I found him brushing his teeth in his bathroom. He was leaning on his ankle indicating it has healed completely. We packed some more food and left of to that stupid school. It's gonna be a long day today.

When we walked into the classroom, I noticed a slight change in Y/n's clothing style. Was she wearing my vest and beanie? Would make perfect sense to why I couldn't find it earlier this morning. It is sad that she had the exact same though about wearing that if she is the mysterious wolf. Felix also noticed and asked me about it as a start of a new conversation. The girls in front of us caught on it and turned around. We both turned bright red and Felix couldn't even from a proper sentence. Luckely for us the teacher came in and began the lecture. Point noted, avoid the girls today as much as possible cuz the won't let it go easily.

After a long annoying day full of lectures, Felix and I fled out of the school back into the woods. We changed and shifted into our wolves after a short stop by our small cabin. We surpassed the portal to the wolf kingdom and walked inside our village. When we dressed up in our rooms, I went out for the mail to see if I got any respons to the report I made this morning and there was. After reading the letter send by the king and queen, I hid it away in my drawer and we went back to our cabin only to find four familliar intruders on our terrain.

~Y/n's pov.~

After all the lovely lessons, the school day came to a stop after all the classes were over. Chan and Felix have been avoiding us the whole day since our first lesson. They were also the first students to ran out of the classroom after our last teacher ended the lesson. Me and Heeso laughed about their weird behavior, like hety acted as two little dogs who got stomped on their tail. We dropped out stuff off at our house and picked up Changbin and Seungmin to explore the woods to find that portal I ran through yesterday. After a long but nice walk, we finaly found the cabin. It took a long time to find it since it is hidden pretty well.

After some searching around it I finaly picked up a scent. Chan was here not so long ago. I nudged Changbin and he removed his ring to focus on it more. He started to sniff around the place for a while and eventually came back to us. "It's really their cabin, I can smell Felix all over the place. Gosh I miss him so much." I felt Changbin, even tho Chan doesn't really know he is looking for me, it still hurted to see him avoiding me all day. "Their scent is spreading out in two places a bit further from here. One is more fade and the other is strong, indicating they are nearby us. They are probably watching us in a bush while eavesdropping." I got what he was saying, I heard a bush rustle not so long ago. "I get that you don't want to search for Felix, scared of the outlash you might get from him, but you can't keep living like this. You can't hide it forever for the others Binnie. I know you two only have to complete the last step of mating and you need to do that. I know that miss Park said that a while ago together with that if you don't do that, you might die for real this time."

I don't want to think about him dying for real this time. "You got lucky miss Park, Heeso and I found you and Minnie in the forest eight years ago else you would have died. I can't sleep peacefully with the though in my mind to know we might lose you soon and we won't be our squad anymore. We are all practically orphans adopted by miss Park and I know she sees us as her own children and she doesn't wanna lose any of us." We both sat down and some tears began to roll down my brothers cheeks. "I know Y/n-ah. I know about it all and I care for you all like my own sibling. Little you and Heeso helped me and Seungmin so much when we were on the verdge of dying. I still remember all those drawings in the room the two of you made so it would not be as boring." We both started to giggle and I patted his shoulder before standing up. He was about to do the same, but this time you couldn't copy my movements........
