Maya was lost in her thoughts when Ekansh was inside with the drink. Maya didn't look at him and turned her face in another direction.

Ekansh understood that she was still angry and now he has to cool her down in any way. Closing the door behind him he walked to the bed and sat down in front of her forwarding the drink towards her.

Maya continued to show her anger and didn't look at what was in his hand also.

"Maya, Drink this.. You will feel better." Ekansh said in a plain tone that irked her more. Ekansh glared at her seeing her not responding and kept the glass on the table, parting her folded legs he pulled her on his lap startling her.

"Fine, I am Sorry... Now talk to me please." He pleaded. Maya kept her hand on his chest and tried to push him away and get off his lap. "I don't want to talk about anything with you... get lost, leave me." She said trying to move his hand from her waist.

"I am sorry my love.. I shouldn't have shouted at you." He apologized peaking her lip to which she shouted at him. "Don't touch me, idiot.. go away."

She turned her head folding her hand across her chest.

Ekansh sighed at her behaviour "Okay, don't talk to me but at least drink this, your pain will go away." He said patiently trying to convince her.

"I don't want anything.. just go away." She again shouted at him finally getting off his lap and laying down covering herself with the blanket fully.

"Maya-

Ekansh stopped when he got a call giving her a last look at who was stubbornly lying down he went to the balcony to take the call. Maya sensed him going away and felt bad for screaming at him, she whimpered when another wave of pain hit her, her hormones were playing hard with her messing up with her brain. She curled up more in pain and opened her mobile to see another message, she was frustrated threw the mobile aside got up and decided to go and settle the matter.

Ekansh came inside and saw her getting ready to go somewhere despite having pain. "What is this? Where are you going now?" He asked concerned.

"Nowhere, I will just be back." She said taking her bag and keeping everything she needed in it.

Ekansh was angered seeing her stubbornness and snatched her bag from her hand.
"Stop this! You are not even able to stand on your feet correctly and you are going out, don't be stupid." He scolded her.

Tears collected in her eyes due to the pain and his shouting. Maya fisted her hands not to lash out at him and the tears spilled down her eyes one by one.

Ekansh realised that he shouted on her way too harshly and his eyes softened seeing her tears he hugged her and she started to resist him crying more.

"I am sorry, But please don't go in this condition." He requested calmly.

Maya got to know that he wasn't going to leave her if she acted like this. She started thinking of any excuse, so he could let her go and not insist on coming with her.
