Ekansh dragged Aarohi to his room and locked the room behind them. "Ekansh! Why are you behaving like this?" She exclaimed seeing him behaving restless since the time she brought maya with her.

"I should ask that to you! What have you thought our home as? A charity house? Where you can bring in anyone you see on the streets." He said, he voice evident of how much he was despising her.

Aarohi got shocked to hear it from him. "Is it really you who is talking like this?" She asked.

"Don't turn the topic, Aarohi-"

"Tell me one thing first! Why me bringing her here is bothering you this much? Why you have a problem?"

Ekansh went speechless not knowing what to answer her. He doesn't want to tell her the truth and he didn't have any reason to tell her why he doesn't want maya here except that.

Aarohi's eyes softened and she turned him fully towards her by holding his arm and softly said. "Ekansh I understand why you are acting like this. Seeing me bringing Maya to our place, you got remembered about your wife right?"

Ekansh was shocked by her words, he tensed. "Fuck, did she got to know?"

He looked at her who was staring at him with concern. "I know that you are thinking she also might be like your wife, because you had found her like this only, Am I right?" Aarohi said.

Ekansh felt his heart aching recalling the moment he met Maya. He nodded lightly.

Aarohi felt bad for making him sad.

"I know Ekansh it is hard for you, But every girl is not same. Trust me Ekansh."

Ekansh felt him screaming and saying that she is the one who used to be his wife, but he couldn't do that for a unknown reason.

"Do you know Where I did find her?" Aarohi asked.

Ekansh patiently listened to her. Aarohi gulped and said.

"I found her last night, molested and injured on the street."As Aarohi uttered the words, Ekansh felt a sudden wave of shock wash over him.

His chest tightened, his fists clenching involuntarily at the thought of someone harming her. Yet, amidst the turmoil raging within him, His another though screamed at him she might be acting again like she once did.
