It's finally time.

You smirk slightly as you step foot in the gym, looking around. It's a good day to be here and a good day to win.

Next to you, Atsumu, Osamu, Suna, Kaykay and the rest of the team also take place to look at the court.

"We're going to crush them," Atsumu says before he walks away towards the right court. You smile and nod, then walking after him. The team has to warm up before the match starts.

"Oh, look who's here," you say as you cross your arms, looking at the team that just arrived on the opposite side of the court.

The raven haired male looks up, a small smirk plastered on his face. "Hello, Riley-chan," he says, his voice low. "Are you ready to lose?" he asks you as he steps towards you.

Kageyama is now standing in front of you. He is towering over you because he is much taller than you. He looks down on your small figure, his nerves from the days before gone now that he knows you and adrenaline is taking over his body. All there is left, is confidence.

"Us, losing? Tsk, that's not happening. If a team is losing, it's you guys," you say as you point at Karasuno's team.

All you can see when you look at the team is a bunch of idiots having fun. An orange haired kid is talking to the tiny libero, exchanging words in ways that only kids can do, but they're giving off such energetic and fun vibes. The elder are talking to one another and making funny faces, pointing at Atsumu who's smashing the ball over the net.

You chuckle, "Yeah, no worries here. We are winning big time. I don't think your setting will be good enough," you say, looking up to Kageyama and meeting his blue eyes. This makes him chuckle.

"Oh, no? I keep telling you that I'm the best setter out there. You'll see why today, Riley-chan," he says, leaning closer to you so you're on eye-level. "And we're going to crush Inarizaki, mark my words," he whispers, then standing up straight and stepping away from you.

"Excuse me, but I have to warm up. Maybe you can warm up the bench in the meantime, buddy," he says with a wink, then turning around and walking away.

You are frozen in your spot by the exchange of you and Kageyama just now.

Man, the way he was so close to you?? Fucking goosebumps on your whole body holy shit.

"Riley! Please throw the ball for me!" Kaykay shouts, snapping you out of your thoughts.

You turn around and smile, nodding at them and running on the court. "I will! Come on, let's get you warmed up," you say to them.

You don't notice the raven haired male looking at you with one of the biggest smiles, happy that you're there. And happy that he finally knows who you are.

It's a blessing he can finally see you for real, and not just through a screen.

"UM, EXCUSE ME, RILEY," Atsumu shouts, turning towards you, smiling.

You place your hands on your ears, "Yeah?" you ask, moving your hands to let him know he can, you know, not talk so loudly because you're literally standing next to him.

"I don't want you to look at Kageyama only, you know? I know he's your crush and all that but there's no way that you can only have your eyes on him. You're supposed to look at us and support us!" he says, luckily not screaming that part or the blue eyed boy would've heard him loud and clear.

Your eyes widen, mouth wide open, "Can you say that any louder? And before you start, no, that's not an invite! The whole team doesn't have to hear it. Are you fucking insane, Atsumu?" you hiss, hitting him no the chest. "That's not very noice."
