"Alright, places, everyone!" Inuoka calls, clapping his hands loudly to get everyone's attention. "We need to get this shot done before we lose the light! Come on, guys! Stop playing around!"

You adjust your headset, scanning over the set you that's inside a classroom of your university. The classroom isn't really being used, as it's an old art classroom that Tendou recently stumbled upon. He knew it was a good location for the film as soon as he saw it and run it by you and Inuoka. You made arrangements, and now you're ready to film.

The fantasy mystery film you're making now is in progress, and you just started filming bits where you could. The film involves a cursed Minecraft painting that transports people to another realm, and the detective and lead of the film, who's played by Atlas, has to find the missing people in those realms. She needs to make sure they get home safe with their loved ones.

It is ambitious, you know that, because it also involves quite a bit of special effects in the editing, but that's what makes it exciting. You love making films, but you might love animation and special effects just as much.

Atlas sits on the edge of a desk, adjusting her costume, a dark cloak that Tendou has found in a thrift store when he and Shirabu were scouting for costumes. Osamu leans beside her, script in his hand, mumbling his lines under his breath. You didn't know he would be such a good actor. But you knew that when there were little applications for your film that you had to ask your friends. And to your surprise, Osamu is a pretty damn good actor.

Across the room, Atsumu, the villain of the story, is admiring his reflection in a small mirror standing on one of the dressers, probably practicing his evil smirk. When you asked Osamu to act, Atsumu ran by your side saying he wants to play in the film too. After thinking for a while, Inuoka thought it would be good to have him as the villain. He probably pays that role better than being a love interest of the lead.

"Rowen, Thomas, how's the lighting?" you ask, glancing toward them.

Rowen gives a thumbs up from behind the light stand. "Golden hour's on our side, for once. It makes great, natural lightning for these shots. But if Atsumu keeps moving his head to the left, he's gonna block the key light."

"Hey!" Atsumu protests. "I gotta get into character, alright? I'm a great villain!"

Shirabu sighs, already tired of him. "Your character is literally just you, but worse."

"Exactly," you say with a nod, but you earn a glance from Atsumu. You laugh and motion for him to take a step to the right. "Please scoot over there a little and stay where you are. We need this to go smoothly, the sun won't stay here for long."

He puts his thumbs up and scoots over to the right, then standing still. He's surprisingly well behaved when filming. Normally he's the most annoying one of your friends. Rin said she thought he couldn't do it, and you are being honest with it, but you thought he couldn't either. Her brother is a pain in the ass, but in the end, you're surprised by your friends' behavior on set.

You turn back to the cameras when you've fixed your actors. "Calum, Yaku, are we set?"

Yaku adjusts the camera focus while Calum checks the framing. "Almost," Calum says, glancing at you. "You wanted a slight tilt for the painting shot, right? Where Atsumu is getting out of the painting and tries to get into the real world?"

"Yeah, a subtle Dutch angle to make it feel off-balance, and make it seem crazier than it is. Normally I'm not a fan of Dutch angles, but Inuoka insisted it would look good for this one."

He nods and adjusts the camera again, his fingers moving precisely over the settings. You crouch next to him to check the screen and if everything is indeed in frame. As you reach out to point at something, your hands touch.
