"So, who exactly is that guy to you?"

Yaku and you are seated at the table in his dorm. Turns out he's roommates with Kuroo, Kenma and another guy named Tendou, who's also in film studies. You haven't seen him, but Yaku mentioned his roommates and you're sure that you've heard the name before.

Being in this dorm reminds you that you have to spend more time with Kuroo and Kenma for real– you miss streaming with them and playing Minecraft. It's a shame you've been occupied with too many other things recently.

It kinda surprises you that Yaku is a student too, since he's at the cafe way too much, but like he told you, he really wants to save up a lot of money for various reasons, and you get that. You have learnt a lot from him the past half hour, but now it is time that he finally asks you about that stupid raven haired guy that you've encountered a lot the past week.

"Kageyama Tobio," you say. the way you spit out his name makes Yaku widen his eyes. He doesn't remember Kageyama Tobio being that much of an asshole.

"What's between the two of you? I have the feeling you're not exactly on good terms."

"No, we do not. We have a history. Basically, we used to be friends, but it was all fake from his side. It's just pathetic, really."

Yaku nods, feeling like you're not really in the mood to talk about the guy. But he's curious since you didn't correct him when he called him your boyfriend...

He clears his throat, then turning towards you. "I have been wondering, but why didn't you correct him when he assumed that I was your boyfriend?"

You shrug. "He's not worth the discussion. He can think what the fuck he wants. If he wants to act petty towards me, he can. I just don't want to be near him," you say. You turn to look at him. "But if he starts to bother you, then he has a problem. So please let me know if he does, I'll speak with him."

Yaku nods. "I can handle myself, but thank you. I doubt he will start to bother me, I'm just more concerned for you, Riley-chan."

You sigh and look at your food. "Thanks, I think I'll be fine. I hope that avoiding him as much as possible will work. But sadly he's kinda friends with my friends, and in the volleyball team as well, so I have to see his face at least a couple of times."

You scrunch your nose and shake your head, then continuing your dinner. You frown when you think about something. "Hey, why weren't you at practice? I thought you were in the volleyball team too."

"Oh, yeah, I am. But I have to skip practice at least once or twice a week because of work," he says, then shrugging. "But the coach says it's fine since I run for half an hour every day."

"Ah, okay," you say, happy you cleared that up. You were wondering why he wasn't there, but that also means that Yaku is in the same team as Kageyama... That doesn't seem right.

Meanwhile, Yaku is thinking about the words you said before about Kageyama. He continues to eat his dinner too, thinking about something to say.

"So, you two were only friends?"

You nod, ignoring the ache you feel in your heart as you think back to all those years ago, especially to that one night that happened. Friends. Were you really just friends?

You roll your eyes at your own thoughts. "Yeah, I would never want to be more with someone like him. Seems like drama is written all over his forehead," you say with a sigh, you moving your chopsticks around in your food as you think.

"Well, fuck Dramayama then."

You burst out in laughter as the words leave Yaku's mouth after a short silence. He frowns. "What? It's true, right? I mean, not literally, but—"
