Welcome to Reckless Romances, ang second story natin sa Café Amor Series. I wrote Paper Promises as an easy read story with roller coaster of emotions with each chapter. Fingers crossed, nagawa ko nga sana iyon. But for Reckless Romances, I wanted to challenge myself and write a romcom-drama story with a love triangle trope. I also wanted to write something that explores one's journey towards healing.
If you read Paper Promises, you are already familiar with our three leads—Steph, Jasper, and Leo(Gabriel). Just a heads-up: OA silang tatlo, walang nonchalant. Ibang-iba sila sa characters nila Aliyah at Andrew, kaya medyo mag-iiba rin nang slight ang writing style ko rito para mag-fit sa voices nila. I hope I can do that—wish me luck!
Like Paper Promises, may POV din ang male leads, but majority of the story will be narrated by Steph. The chapter titles are your guide to each chapter's subplot. This story maybe a bit heavy for some, especially chapters with trigger warnings. So, please read the disclaimer sa first part.
Lastly, lahat ng mababasa mo rito ay raw. I usually go through my drafts two or three times before posting, pero minsan may mga errors pa rin talaga akong hindi napapansin. So, you might come across some grammatical or typographical mistakes.
