Cara found Taylor slumped on the sidewalk, head in her hands. "Who am I beating up now?"
Taylor shook her head and said nothing, she passed Cara her phone with the screen unlocked. "What am I looking at here?- Oh. That may have something to do with me, I'm sorry she hurt you so I wanted to hurt her back Tay."

Taylor scoffed at the comment, taking back her phone from Cara's grip. "I'm torn because I love Ellie but I'm falling for Karlie, I'm not this girl you know that. What should I do?" Tears poured down the blondes cheeks, causing her to choke on her own words. "Ellie left you. Karlie adores you, I think you should give it ago with her get to know her."

Hayley had sneaked out of the building with Karlie following behind, they wanted to see what the girls were talking about. Cara was hugging Taylor tightly, and the brunette could see the smile on Hayley's face grow at the sight.

"So what's going off with you and Cara then? And don't say nothing I can see it." Karlie stifled a laugh at the expression change on the short girls face. "I'm going to call us a taxi. I'll be back in a minute."

Karlie gave a knowing look at the feisty woman who had just left her side, she could see almost too clearly what was happening with her two friends no confirmation was needed. Karlie sighed, moving towards her date who had jilted her unexpectedly. "I'm sorry, for what happened back there. I didn't want to take advantage."

The two figures on the sidewalk turned their heads simultaneously, before either one could reply a bubbly voice called from a far, telling them their taxi would be there shortly.

The girls hadn't spoken a word since they got back to the apartment, Taylor had noticed Cara holding hands and snuggling up to the orange haired girl all the way home. Taylor wasn't dumb, she knew when her best friend was in love with someone. Cara would hide it for months, keeping her cards close to her chest in case things didn't work out and she got hurt; but this looked different.

Taylor smiled at the two girls who were now snuggling on the couch, before looking for Karlie who had disappeared. After looking throughout the apartment Taylor made her way back to the living room, hoping she was in there.

"Car? Do you know if Karlie's left? I wanted to explain myself." Taylor asked, unaware of what was going down in the room she had left unattended. The couple were tangled up in a heated moment.

"Oh.. I'll just leave." Taylor whispered backing towards the door, picking her car keys up from the wooden side table. "I'm going to find Karlie in case you're interested. You know the girl who I'm sort of falling for, you know what we'll talk about this when you don't have your tongue rammed down someone's throat yeah?" Taylor laughed to herself exiting the apartment smiling slightly.

Taylor knew she wanted what her roommate had with Hayley, she wanted unconditional, embarrassing awkward love with the beautiful girl who she had only known a short while. Taylor quickly slid into the drivers seat of her old pick up truck she had gotten for her sixteenth birthday, it was falling apart but Taylor couldn't bare to part with her baby. A smile grew on the blondes face, as she dialled the girls number with no hesitation, quickly rambling her words out perfectly before the brunette on the other end could even say hello.

"I need to see you. I think I maybe falling hard and fast for this giraffe like girl I know."

"Sorry who's this? This is Josh, Karlie's boyfriend. Is there a message I can pass on to her?" A deep male voice spoke from the headset. Taylor held back the tears forming in her eyes, Karlie had a boyfriend? But how; she had heard the brunettes confession of falling for her. "Hello, are you still there?

Taylor took a deep breath, hoping Karlie hadn't added her name and number to her contacts. "Sorry. I must've dialled a wrong number, sorry again."
Taylor put the phone down, letting the tears fall down her cheeks.

Every feeling Taylor held for Karlie in that moment had been destroyed, and the blonde knew there was no way to fix it.

A/N I am sorry it's so lame it's just a filler as I am struggling with writers block at the moment.
