ASTRID POV:

What Stoick said at the Mead Hall struck everyone. First He wants to prove that Hiccup was not a curse to be dealt with and secondly he wants to go to the Island to prove that I was proud of Stoick even he was not with Hiccup for Fifteen Years but now he wants to prove everyone in the Village that Hiccup is a Viking As he said those who wants to come can Volunteer and some people he will assign himself to come with him and then he left to think who will come with him as we all left after the few minutes then Fishlegs talked to me "I can't believe Stoick is serious going to the Helheim's gate at this time of Year" and I said "Its true then but he is right it is suspicious that there are no dragon raids for a month and also he loves his son maybe that's also the motivation" then Tuffnut said "But You knew about this as you said that but how" and I sighed and said "He told me tomorrow night I was coming back from the Training" I lied to them and then Ruffnut said "okay then we wait...Let's see who will go with him" and then Fishlegs said then "So now what do we do until Stoick comes back" and then someone called Snotlout "Snotlout....." It was his dad and Snotlout sighed and said "Yes Dad I am coming...." then he turned to us and he looked sad then Fishlegs asked "You okay...." and he said "Yes I am okay just some work to do with my dad I will meet you when Stoick comes" and I thought it was weird and then he left with his father.

Then I said "Let's go guys" then they all nod and we go outside the Mead Hall and After the few hours later Stoick came with a list of people who will come with him and as he gave the names of the people and the names came with my parents as well I got worried and looked at them and then I relaxed as Hiccup said there were no dragons on the Island now then Ruffnut asked "Astrid you okay......." and that got out of my thoughts and I said "Yes I am okay just a bit worried about my parents" then my Mother called me "Astrid..." as I run to them and my father spoke "we  will be gone for a few a days okay... so be careful" and I sighed and said "Okay.... but be safe" and they both nod and we hugged together and as I see the twins and Fishlegs were saying goodbyes to their parents as well but Snotlout's father was looking angry at Stoick and Snotlout he looked sad and then they left after an hour later as we all saw them left at the docks me and the teens and also everyone else saw them leave I hope everything will be okay Then I saw Snotlout he looked sad then I asked "Snotlout You okay" and he looked at me and got worried and said "Yeah I am okay just worried about them... okay got to go my mother wants to do some work at home" and then he hurried home maybe he is seriously worried about them and then I sighed I hope everything is okay.

SONTLOUT POV:

After the end of Stoick's speech we only have an hour left when we say our goodbyes to our parents I know only my father is going but I am still worried about him and when I reached my father and called him "Dad..." as he look into me and said "what now boyo.." then I said "please be careful..." and then he said "I will be but you should worry about yourself now" I asked him worriedly "Why" and then he got angry as he was  looking at Stoick and said "because Stoick is going to the Helheim's gate again it doesn't matter if that runt is alive or dead I would have made you chief even he was still alive because he was not worthy and Stoick doesn't understand that after his wife died he saw his wife in him" I looked at my father suspiciously and I asked "What do you mean Dad" He smirked and said "He knows that at that time that runt was never going to be a good chief because he can't fight the dragons it was our advantage but he was knowledgeable that could turn upside down for the whole village but after the dragon training when he was good at fighting Stoick acknowledged him means he was thinking that he would be a great leader." as he looked at me and said "he was thinking that now he can fight the dragons in his own way and also knowledgeable which means he was thinking at that time that he would be a great chief that could be our disadvantage" as he clapped his hands and said "But now the table has turned you are the only bloodline left for him he have to choose you as an heir whether he like it or not that's good that runt died even if he doesn't then....." I got scared and asked "Then what...." as he laughed and left me scared as he walked down to the docks.

After an Hour later the ships have left and I was thinking if Hiccup was alive what would have happened to us what would my do to him if he was alive and then I heard someone calling me "Snotlout You okay"It was Astrid who was calling me and I looked at her then I got worried and said "Yeah I am okay just worried about them... okay got to go my mother wants to do some work at home" and then I hurried home as I reached to my house I saw my mother was outside then I called her "Mom... Why are you doing outside" and then she smiled "I was waiting for you" as she kissed my cheek  and I blushed then I told her "Mom Please I am Fifteen don't kiss on my cheek like this I am a big man now you know" as she laughed and I groaned and said "Mooooommmmm.... " then she said "You are still baby boy to me...." and I sighed "okay fine" then I asked sadly "Did you see Dad before he was gone" and she said nothing and I sighed sadly "Okay I know.... he didn't see you did he" she just shakes her head as a no because when I was born Dad always put his priorities first he planned my everything who I need to meet, who to talk, what weapon is good for me and that's how I became bulky that doesn't mean I don't dislike it but at least I want to take my own decisions but he doesn't want that and the most hurtful was mom when I was born he neglected her doesn't even talk to her even if she is sick but I love my mother because she talk to me without any boundaries it feels like family again then I get a tap on my shoulder as I look up my mother was smiling for me and she said "Its okay son lets eat dinner just us two not anyone else we will talk alot" and I smiled as she talked the thoughts of my father said just disappeared in my mind then we walked toward the door as we enter.
