My name is Runa, I’m from Rito village..Today was more off than most.  The wind and sky were horrible flying conditions to be able to make it up to Divine Beast Vah Medoh..
I made it to the top of the rock shaped perch that was the center of Rito Village and looked out across Hyrule.  Everything seemed to be normal..I decided to try and fly up to Vah Medoh, the reason I was so eager to get up there was because our Rito Champion Revail decided he’d try and teach me his special wind draft thing..He calls it Revail’s Gale I was intrigued and desperately wanted to be able to soar higher and faster so I could possibly make it to Zora's Domain more easily to see my long distance friend, Xina.
Revail and I had been friends for years.  We met before the Flight Range had been built, of course what everyone says is true.  He’s definitely Cocky and Arrogant, but he has a good soul..Although he frequently ridicules Link. I think he’s jealous of Link in a way..Despite that, I look up to him.  I know telling him that would only feed his ego, I wish there was a way I could help him with his narcissistic and perfectionist attitude..Although, if he’s happy I’ll leave him be.
As I wait for Medoh to soar to the perfect position, I see a glimpse of a dark red smoke like effect circle Hyrule castle for a moment..I tell myself my eyes are playing tricks on me seeing as when I look again there’s nothing there.  As Medoh comes close to where I want it to be, I jump off the perch and spread out my wings soaring over to a large wind updraft that takes me straight up to Medoh.  I spot Revail pacing around Impatiently.

Revail: “This technique is special, I suggest you don’t dilly dally for something of such importance..”

Runa: “Alright Revail..”

I sigh and roll my eyes, boy he takes things too seriously at times….
He glares at me beginning to demonstrate the stance in which we should begin, I follow his lead moving slowly and carefully.  I knew if I messed up it would make him start laughing and then decide “I don’t deserve to know his special technique.” He was and is a hard guy to please when it comes to performance in combat..I smile as I get the hang of the crouch jump and leap formation, after that comes the hard part.  Creating a big enough wind surge to send you high into the sky, it was also the most fun part.
I found it annoying how we had to train at the top of Vah Medoh, it made it harder to keep up since it was constantly moving.  If I jump the wrong way I may get pushed off Vah Medoh and seeing as it’s Revail he’d never let me forget such a simple mistake.  Soon he used his Revail’s Gale and soared high in the sky following behind Vah Medoh expecting me to use the Gale to follow behind him..I hesitated for a moment before crouching down, after you had begun the technique.
You must finish.  I jumped up and used my wings to create a large wind force, large enough that it was only a short distance behind Revail’s.  Even though secretly I would watch him perform this maneuver, I never actually had tried it myself.  I always made sure to pay attention to his stance and the movements he follows through with.  It was interesting.
Although after I was caught taking notes on his Gale he got upset seeing as I watched him fail many times before truly accomplishing his goal.  In a way I felt bad for him, he always grew up with the expectation of always being perfect in his craft.  As I glide swiftly next to him, from time to time I look at him but he always keeps his eyes ahead.  Soon we started to descend back down, I could see he was planning on landing at the Flight Range.  I follow close behind him as he goes straight to the ground like a missile with wings.
