Chapter 19: :>

Runa’s Pov:

I had finally made it back to Rito Village..It was around night time..I just hope Nora got home ok.
   As I made my way into the village a guard at the entrance greeted me.

Rito Guard: “Good evening Apprentice Runa..I’ve been instructed to give this to you.”

I was handed what seemed to be a letter.

Runa: “Good evening to you as well..Thank you.”

Rito Guard: “No problem..You may want to find Revail..He’s been worried.”

I nodded..I was slightly surprised to hear that.  Before I went to look for Revail I flew up to the heart shaped rock center on the rock perch and sat down beginning to open the letter.
      
It read this:

Dear Runa,

Whenever you receive this message, we would like to inform you that Nora, one of your acquaintances and friends, has finally returned home after being kidnapped by the Yiga Clan on her journey to Gerudo town.  Her body is covered in Slashes that will most certainly leave many scars, there is also a failed attempt into carving the Yiga clan symbol into her palm of her right hand, by failed we mean to say it’s the Shekiah eye not the Yiga.  She miraculously escaped somehow and on her way out ran as fast as she could thankfully running into Abisa, Pelia, and Pancake.  We would like to notify you that she is recovering in Gerudo town and is so far doing well.   Please do not hesitate to visit her as all visitors are allowed.

I felt tears begin to form in my eyes..It’s all my fault, if only I had stayed with Nora..If only I had been there in time, why did she lie to me?  And why wasn’t I suspicious..I let my guard down and it’s all my fault..*tap..tap* two tears fell onto the letter making the ink run a little..I continued to cry repeatedly telling myself constantly that it was my fault..I had to see Nora, I had to know she was alright..I decided that I would have to talk to Revail some other time..So I wrote him a note

              Dearest, Revail
                     I apologize for my absence, but I must do something important..
                 I promise I will be back before noon.  Stay safe and sweet dreams.
                             I’ll see you tomorrow! <3

I folded Impa’s letter in my pocket and left the note in Revail’s Hammock. I felt bad..But I needed to know that Nora was ok..I had to.
    After that I soon left for Gerudo town, leaving Rito village once more.
