Chapter 20: A Zora and a Goron

Xina’s Pov:

    After the meeting, Princess Mipha and I headed back to Zora’s Domain. This is where we both learned that Nora, Runa, Pelia (That rock covered creature from the last meet!) and a Korok apparently named Pancake visited King Dorephan. They asked him about rogue guardians and left, setting out to find the one near the mountain at Zora’s Domain. And according to some of the Zora guards they actually were able to shut it down. The weird thing is that they never came back afterwards, I get that Runa can fly. And Pelia finds her own way to do stuff. But Nora left her horse here and I don’t know that much about Nora but she seemed to LOVE HER HORSE TO DEATH!! It just doesn’t sit right with me why she would leave her horse unattended.. Then at that moment a Goron lumbered in WHAT THE HECK IS A GORON DOING HERE!?

Nido’s Pov:

I had been looking for Pelia all over..I just couldn’t seem to find her and it worried me so much..I was told by some other Gorons that she was at Zora’s Domain at one point, so I decided I’d go there, hoping i’d find my little sister..I knew she liked to adventure a lot but the thought of her being out all alone in Hyrule just made me feel terrible..What if something bad happened to her?  There’s so many dangerous things out in Hyrule…

Xina’s Pov:

I looked at the Goron and realized that it was NIDO, Daruk introduced him at the meeting.

Xina: “What are you doing here Goron?  Aren’t you supposed to be on Death Mountain..I’m sure Champion Daruk is very worried..”

Nido: “I came here looking for Pelia. Have you seen her here?

Xina: “No, but she did come here earlier, but allegedly left with Nora and…”

I was cut off short when a Zora guard rushed in holding a letter. They looked at Nido…

Zora Guard: “Are you Apprentice Nido?”

Nido: “Oh..Uhm yes?”

Zora Guard: “Well, I have a very important letter for you sir and you *Looks at Xina respectfully*, Here.”

Nido: *Thinking: this letter is very..tiny* “Oh, thank you.”

Dear Xina and Nido,

Whenever you receive this message, we would like to inform you that Nora, one of your acquaintances and friends, has finally returned home after being kidnapped by the Yiga Clan on her journey to Gerudo town.  Her body is covered in Slashes that will most certainly leave many scars, there is also a failed attempt into carving the Yiga clan symbol into her palm of her right hand, by failed we mean to say it’s the Shekiah eye not the Yiga.  She miraculously escaped somehow and on her way out ran as fast as she could thankfully running into Abisa, Pelia, and Pancake.  We would like to notify you that she is recovering in Gerudo town and is so far doing well.   Please do not hesitate to visit her as all visitors are allowed.

Xina: “SHE WAS KIDNAPPED SINCE WHEN!?”

Nido: *Shrugging* “How am I supposed to know I only got a chapter! Also we should go, Pelia should be there!”

Xina: “Why should I be going..I have royal duties to attend to.  Besides, right now we have other worries.  I’m sure they’ll be fine.”

Nido: “Yes..But wouldn’t you appreciate the closer?  What about Runa?”

I suppose Nido was right..

Xina: “Well..I better tell Princess Mipha.”

I had a brief conversation with Princess Mipha about where I would be.  She told me she understood that and she would be perfectly fine on her own.

Mipha: “Good Luck! But if Nora’s as badly hurt as she says, shouldn't I go with you to heal her?

Xina: “Normally I would agree but every time you use your power to that extreme you're exhausted for days…And you need all of your energy for your journey tomorrow.”

Mipha: *Sighing* “I suppose you’re right, well again good luck!”

   I came back to Nido.

Xina: “Well then, we best be going if we hope to make it to Gerudo Town by morning.”

Nido: “OK!”

For the love of Hylia!  Why must he shout?..Ugh, these Gorons..

Nido’s Pov:

I’m hoping to find Pelia in Gerudo Town..If she’s not there then I don’t know where she could possibly be..
      The thought of losing her scared me…
