"Ughmruf!"

I coughed, wheezed, and spit into the toilet as I threw up for the fourth time. My stomach was in knots. My body was hot, and I was feeling very weak and dizzy.

But it was worth it. Afef was right. These pills work wonders. I was losing weight rapidly. My thighs were going back to being spaced apart. My arms were thinning. And more importantly, my upper body was shrinking a bit. I'll fit into those clothes without the corset for the Balmain fashion show.

I spat into the toilet one last time then grabbed a tissue to wipe the residue of barf off my mouth. I turned the tap on and drank some water to swoosh it out in my mouth then spat. The Listerine came next. Then lastly some chewing gum. I breathed out a bit placing my hand on my stomach. I was cramping up so badly with how tight the corset was.

"Just a couple more days. Beauty is pain."

I took another deep breath and then exited the washroom. I walked down the aisle and then sat in my seat next to Nikki.

We were headed to Florida for the Crues show on Livestock. So far everyone was getting along. Tommy brought Pam, Vince brought Heidi, and Nikki brought me. I felt bad for Mick at first because he didn't bring anyone. Instead, when he was asked why he didn't bring anyone significant. He said he did. Himself. So, there's that.

"You good?" He turned to me.

"Mm-hm." I nodded.

"You hungry?" He raised his brows.

I shook my head. "No had a big breakfast." I rubbed my stomach smiling hesitantly.

"Mani." He said with a serious tone. "I didn't see you eat breakfast. I haven't seen you eat anything in a couple of days."

I rolled my eyes and turned away from him.

Who does he think he is?

He hasn't seen me eat in a couple of days. He's not with me twenty-four seven. He doesn't understand what it's like to be a high-end fashion model. He doesn't understand that this is Balmain. This isn't just any fashion show. This is THE fashion show. And if Oscar de la Renta tells you to lose weight. You lose weight. Anyways he's a guy. What does he know?

"I didn't know I was a child and needed to have someone monitor my eating habits." I sneered.

He turned to look back at the others to see if they were listening to our conversation.

"I'm just worried about you."

"Well, you don't need to be!" I raised my voice.

Everyone on the plane went silent. I looked around to see Tommy, Vince, Pam, Mick, and the other crew members staring at us.

I turned away from him again to stare out the window. I flinched when I heard a seat belt click and the shuffle of Nikki getting up and walking away.

I sighed knowing that I was wrong to have my outburst. But he seriously needs to mind his own business and focus on his show today. The guys were playing Livestock. And this was a big show for them. It's the start of their tour. Nikki was nervous about it. A couple of their practices didn't go so well. But they still sounded amazing. And we're more than prepared to kick some ass.

I turned again to look at the others. Vince was staring at me with a gentle concern. He did a head nod towards Nikki's direction. Encouraging me to go and talk to Nikki.

I smiled at him and nodded. I clicked my seat belt open got up and headed in the direction that he went in.

I slipped into the seat across from him and leaned forward. Placing my hands on his thighs I gently rubbed them back and forth.
