I arrived back in LA from New York 5 days ago. I have been getting nonstop calls from my friends and family wishing me good luck for today. Tonight, was my movie premiere and I was so excited. My sisters came down to LA to attend the premiere with me 3 days ago. We have been going out shopping, eating, sightseeing, and just enjoying ourselves. My mom wasn't able to come due to work, but I was alright with it I had my best friends here. Instead of them staying with Tamara, Jess found me a little 3-bedroom house to rent for us to stay in while they were here. I wanted my sisters and I to have our own space to gossip and be comfortable.
Nikki had been calling nonstop several times in one day since I got back. Even to the point where he was calling when Tamara was home. But thank God he was smart enough not to talk or say anything when Tamara answered. I had to call Vince from my new number and tell him to give Nikki this number. But I felt like that was a bad idea because he had been asking me for my address telling me he was desperate to see me. I didn't want to give it to him. Well, at least not right now because my sisters were here.
"Iman, why don't you tell your friend to stop calling you?" Felicia yelled as the phone kept ringing. "It's annoying!"
"Just let it ring Felicia I'll call my friend later," I said walking into her room. "Ok, which heels should I wear?" I held up two different heels for her to choose from.
"I don't know I'm not the fashionista you and Selena are." She sneered. Felicia's a tomboy. She hates wearing dresses.
"Selena!" I called to her. "Which heels should I wear? " I asked holding up my heels.
"Oh, those are nice. I like the gold ones." She smiled.
"Thanks". I giggled.
My sisters and I are going out today before we have to get ready for tonight. We were going to an evening dance club that plays dance music. The club was also very high-class. You had to dress nice. It was my type of place classy, like me. It was nothing like any one of those rocker clubs that the guys have been taking me to. Where the girls would have sex in the washrooms, the guys would pass out, and people would be smoking inside. Rachel, Mel, and Jade were coming out with us. It was a girl's evening out. And we're going to paint the town pink.
"Alright sisters, are we ready?" Selena yelled.
"Yup." Me and Felicia said in union.
My phone started ringing again and I walked over to it. I saw the number and it was Nikki. I can't bother right now I'm trying to go out and have a good time. I"'ll call him tomorrow after my movie premiere or maybe the next day.
"Hey someone's knocking Iman," Selena called me.
I walked over to the door and opened it up. It was Rach, Mel, and Jade. I was so happy to see them. We all screamed and jumped up like teenage schoolgirls. That's funny cause we are teenagers but not in school right now.
