~Alex's POV~
The elevator jolts to a stop. I quickly step off of the platform and back into the trial room. Everything's the same except for the three portraits in the spots that belong to Erza, Darkness, and Kat. I chill slithers up my spine as I walk up to my podium. Everyone else does the same.
I glance up at everyone's faces. No one says anything just yet. We listen to Monokuma explain the rules and regulations of the trial. My eyes catch on Skye's face. I wouldn't be surprised if she suddenly collapsed mid-trial, her eyes are puffy and red, dark circles are forming underneath her eyes, and she doesn't seem to here mentally. I can't blame her.
"This class trial will be 100% fair, so there's no need to worry about that. Now, why don't we start wiiiiith... The motive! Hahaha!" Monokuma cackles from his throne. Now, besides his throne, Miss Misa and Moon have their own pink and black thrones beside him.
Luca speaks, "So, we're going to start with the motive? That should be easy enough."
"I guess," Skye rasps. She then glares up at all of us from her post, "Whoever did this, I swear, I will abandon my morals as the Ultimate Entertainment and kill you before Monokuma can get his hands on you... I will kill you and never forgive you."
Now then, let the trial commence.
