I stood next to Jack, in shock as Jack and I looked between Liam and Emma.
"Emma is your mate?" Jack asked unsure
"We're only hanging out as friends" Liam said
"So this is your new mystery man after Matt" Emma smirked at me
"I'm seeing Jack yes but we're keeping things between us quiet for the time being" I stated
"I can understand why, I mean, Matt, he's never really taken to Jack or his friends has he?"
"Don't even think about telling Matt or anyone else about this" I warned
"Or what? What will you do if I do let your little secret out?" Emma smirked at me
"I'll tell everyone about your little secret here too" I warned
"I don't have a secret here" Emma said, suddenly becoming all defensive
Then something hit me.
"Oh my god, the time Ben and I were in the drama room, we hid behind one of the curtains when we were trying to find Vic, you walked in on your phone and talked about having to be more careful and then the time when Ben mentioned seeing you at that hotel in town....You were meeting Liam back then too"
"You...That doesn't prove anything"
"You were rattled when Ben mentioned seeing you at that hotel and then you phoned Liam to be more careful"
"So, Whatever I do, is my business" Emma snapped
"Yeah well, whatever Jack and I do is our business"
"Ladies maybe we should go somewhere more quiet and private so we can talk about this" Liam suggested as he intervened in our heated argument
"Let's make a deal, here and now" I said as I faced Emma
"What kind of deal?"
"I won't tell anyone about your secret" I began but Emma cut me off
"And I keep your secret too?" Emma asked
"Exactly, so what do you say?"
"Fine. Deal" Emma sighed as she rolled her eyes.
"Shake on it" Jack said in a stern voice as he walked up behind me, he placed a hand on my shoulder.
I held my right hand out towards Emma.
"Emma, shake her hand, please" Liam said
I could tell from the look on Emma's face that she really didn't want to but she exhaled loudly before shaking my hand.
"Where are you two off too?" Liam asked
"Back home" I smiled at Jack
"Thought you were keeping things quiet?" Emma questioned
"We are" I began but Jack cut me off
"We're heading back home to the pack house" Jack said in a stern voice
The atmosphere became very awkward and uneasy
"Where are you two off to?" I asked
"We're just going for a nice quiet drive around, we only stopped here because Emma needed to use the toilet and I got the drinks and snacks" Liam smiled
"Well enjoy the rest of your evening" Jack smiled
Jack put his arm around my shoulders and gently guided me away, back in the direction of his car.
