Of all her friends, HORSESHOE was without a doubt the most hesitant about this whole scheme. Rather, she found it downright stupid and very dangerous, but apparently a sense of self-preservation is a thing only she has. Often, her friends tell her that she is a bit too serious and straitlaced, and it is true that getting her to have fun is near impossible. Even in her regular life, she can never seem to relax, always accounting for what could go wrong and how to bail her friends and herself out of trouble. Some might call her boring, but the role she's grown into can often be a life saver. She wouldn't go so far as to call herself the voice of reason, but she's stopped more than one person from doing something utterly stupid. In a way, she's become sort of a reluctant mom to her friends who don't have any, and though she might complain about the responsibilities that come with it, she cherishes her friends so deeply she doesn't mind taking on the harder parts of life for them. She only speaks when necessary, but when she trusts someone, it's plain to see she's far from cold, and loves with all she has.

✦ unlike some of her friends who have been abandoned, HORSESHOE came to the orphanage as a result of her parents' unfortunate death. She had to grow up very quickly and take on the role of adult at a young age, in hopes of surviving this new world she was in.
