Scrambled eggs were as good a way as any to begin the day. Las Vegas had much to offer, and Eunha was intent on exploring as much of it as she could. That was why she'd convinced everyone to take their breakfast at 9 AM sharp (still a little late for her!) at the all-you-can-eat of their hotel, to make sure they would have ample time in the day for activities.
She was humming to herself, waiting for the toaster to finish, when Seunghan strode towards her with empty hands. Not hungry, she observed.
"Hey! How's it going, brunch parkour girl? What are you going to jump over this morning?"
Eunha couldn’t hold back a groan. Not this, not in the morning. She'd tried to keep the whole affair quiet, and so far, had only earned teasing from Sangah — which she'd prepared for, anyway. The others had been kind enough to act like nothing had happened. Of course Seunghan wouldn’t extend her that same courtesy.
"You're awfully chipper, considering how much you drank last night," she muttered, scrambling to grab the hot slices of bread from the toaster with her bare fingers. "And don't call me that."
Seunghan's smile widened, and she was tempted to wipe it off his face. "Why not? It's fun! I was so surprised when Wonbin showed me the video, but it's really making the rounds, now. You're something of an online sensation!" he said, clapping his hands together excitedly. "Everyone's making... What do they call it? Memes?"
"Yeah, well, this wasn’t a funny situation, so I'm not laughing."
With a roll of her eyes, she continued down the buffet, praying it would put an end to the conversation, and he followed her. No matter how much she'd hoped the women who had chased them back on that brunch outing with Jiayi would think better against it, the video had quickly been posted to every social media platform under the sun. They'd tagged Jiayi with inflamatory accusations, but the main issue that had started all this had soon taken to the background... In favor of Eunha's stunts in her escape, leaping in the air and jumping over fences.
Sure, the influx of new followers was nice. What she didn't like as much was seeing an image of her used as a reaction in every comment section she dared look through. That, and the new nickname Seunghan had so happily called her. Not such a good start for the serious brand she'd hoped to establish.
