My anxiety is really high right now I'm at the postal office where I live and the lady there was an absolute BITCH she was basically yelling at this nice woman who's working also and yelling at her to listen and whatever and I got anxious and left the area went outside and breathed then came back in and my anxiety is still high so I hope to calm down once I get home
And my period started and I feel crap right now so that's probably why I feel blah so yeah.
