This was during my junior year of high school it was close to the end of February at the time and I was working with my resource support teacher on my online science class since I was having a hard time on the tests and quizzes and my drawing and painting teacher came in her office and said to her "Gabbie is really quiet like really quiet does she talk?" And I sat there hurt at his words and my resource support teacher said "yes she does talk she has a hard time speaking to others she's not comfortable with".
The next thing was this year my resource support teacher was doing state testing with students who didn't finish and we had a sub he was an older man and as I was about to leave the room he said "where do you think you're going?" And I froze and looked down at the ground and he came towards me and came up in my space my personal space and said "why don't you talk?" And in that moment my anxiety was like on FIRE! I wanted out so I immediately left once he finally got out of my space and I was shaking a little since I thought he was gonna do something to me but I'm thankful that he didn't.
