Two weeks later,
James found out what Bucky did after a golf game with Vincent, and took his bike and Camero keys away and grounded him until he apologized to Reign. So Bucky was forced to come to the charity gala they were at.
James saw Vince and Claire coming down the stairs, and he nudged Bucky.
"You will apologize tonight." James said as he pointed out Reign.
Bucky looked at her confused, "Dad that isn't Reign her hair is blonde.." Bucky said
"That is Reign son. That's her natural hair color.." James said as he took Ophelia with him to chat.
Half way through the night, he saw Reign heading up the stairs so he followed her. He waited for her to come out of the bathroom.
"Reign?" He said
She stopped, "What do you want? Did you come to yell at me some more and let me know how much I'm not good enough for you.." she said
"Reign I never said that, I want to say I'm sorry for that night." He said
"You didn't have to.." she said
"Reign..please know that I am sorry I didn't mean to yell." He said
"Just leave me alone..I'm not good enough for you to let me in or get to know or anything. She gets to ride your bike and be with you..so clearly something is wrong with me." She said
"Reign.." Bucky whispered
"Hey Reign your parents sent me to look for you is everything ok?" Xander said
She blinked away tears, and forced a smile "Of course he's a classmate..will you dance with me?" She said
"You know I will. I always will dance with you..you know that." He said as they walked off.
Bucky went back into the ballroom, and saw them dancing to "Suspicious Minds" laughing and talking. James came over to him.
"Did you apologize?" James said
"Yeah, she um..she won't forgive me but that's ok. I don't care..can I have my stuff now I would like to go see my girlfriend." He said
James sighed as he handed over his keys and he left. Reign saw him leaving as he was undoing his tie. Xander wanted to take Reign home but Vincent wouldn't allow it.
