After Bucky left her house Reign got text from Jana who included her in a group text with Bucky's other sister Ashton.
J: "Hey! R U Busy?"
R"No I'm not your brother just left my house after helping me with my new puppy! What's up?!"
J: "First that other number is Ash's. Secondly we need your help.."
R: "My help? And I got it saved."
A:"I'm sure Gigi told you about the family Christmas party every year. Little J hasn't been since Mom died."
R:"She did. Just like Helen told me about the Christmas Gala they do every year."
J:"Meet us at Thai Bistro."
"R:"Oooo I love that place..meet you in 45?"
J:"Sounds good."
A:"See you there."
Reign put Duchess in her house, "You be a good girl and rest we had a big day." She said
She quickly showered and changed before meeting the girls. After they ordered their food.
"So dad said that you have been able to get little J to do a lot of stuff he hasn't wanted to do in a long time. And you are the one getting him out of the black." Ashton said
"Yeah I am. He's been stubborn..and hard headed. He's very closed off with me." She said
"Do you think that you could get him to come to the family Christmas party? We can do matching pajamas like mom use to make us so." Jana said
"I can try. I still have to go shopping for the gala." She said
"That's perfect just sneak it in last minute." Jana said
"Ok..can I ask you girls something cause I'm sure the boys are sworn to secrecy." She said
"Sure." Ashton said
"Why did he tell me he hasn't had a birthday party since he was 12?" She said
Jana looked down, "Because mom started to get worse shortly after his 12th birthday. It got to a point that she was bed-ridden. She made all of our birthday cakes and threw us big parties, but when the cancer came back that last time it came back with vengeance. Mom already had a double mastectomy, had her ovaries removed and so many surgeries she was in and out remission for three years." Jana said
"Little J prayed so hard every night. He requested prayer for her Sunday and Wednesday. We all did..but he did the hardest." Ashtyn said
Reign looked down. "Oh.." she said softly.
"Anyways..our color scheme will be red and black pajamas." Jana said
"Got it! That might actually make him happy." She said
The girls finished their food before going their separate ways.
