Three Years Later,
Bucky was the only kid home as he was still in school his older siblings attend a private highschool, and the twins just graduated highschool. His older siblings were off at camps, and a graduation trip.
Winnie spent the whole week with Bucky, on this day they spent it doing his homework, played a bunch of board games. Now they were starting up a Harry Potter marathon, Bucky snuggled into side.
"Let me know if you need anything mama." He said
"I will baby.." she said with labored breath.
The cancer has gotten worse despite the treatments, Winnie had a double mastectomy but it was to late it had already spread to other organs. Now she was bed-ridden, and blind in one eye.
But Bucky at 13 now still believes in miracles and snuggling his mama. When the second movie started Bucky noticed she wasn't wheezing.
"Mama?" He said as he sat up.
"Mama?? Wake up..mama.." he said as he shook her gently.
He found the phone and called James crying "Daddy!! Something is wrong!! She won't wake up!!! She isn't breathing!!" He yelled into the phone
"I'm on my way son! I will send EMTs. Just get out of the room." He said as he quickly got off on the phone.
He sent EMTs to be house, James arrived to he found Bucky crying for her to wake up. He held him back as the EMTs took her.
"DADDY you lied to me!!! It didn't work!!! I hate you!!!" Bucky yelled at James as he hit his chest.
James cried as he collapsed in the floor. "Winnie why?" He said as Bucky ran out of the room and locked his door as he cried.
Once James gained some composure and went to the hospital to be told something he tells so many families.
"We are sorry we did everything we could."
He called friends and family, and called the other kids home.
