Two days later,
Bucky woke up a sleeping Reign.
"Mmm no..I need sleep." She whispered
"Reign come on you gotta get up. I will get you Starbucks and donuts, I cleared my whole day to take you shopping." He said
"Mmm ok.." she whispered
"Come on.." he saw new mascara smears.
"Reign.." he said as he got her sitting up.
Reign got out of the bed, and went to get dressed. They left his house they grabbed coffee and donuts. He stopped to get gas and energy drinks for himself as well as two packs of cigarettes using his fake ID.
He took her phone, and connected it to the car Bluetooth. She looked at him
"Go ahead, I know you want to." He said
She turned on her new playlist, the first song that played was "No Caller ID" by Megan Moroney. Then she laid her head against the window, the next song was "Bad Boy" by Brantley Gilbert.
Bucky looked over at her he saw singing along, the next song that started to play was "Wait In Truck" by Hardy and Lainey Wilson. She turned it up a bit more as she sing along as Bucky popped open his drink.
The next song was "Fix You Too." By Megan Moroney and Kameron Marlowe. Bucky was trying to not listen to the words but he loved the guy's verse. He was glad he had his sunglasses on to hid his welling tears.
They.finally arrived at the mall, "You can sit here in the car I will be out soon I won't be long." She said
"No I will come with you.." he said
"Buck you don't have to I will be fine." She said
"It's fine Reign." He said
They went inside, and she hit up all her favorite stores and got fitted for her dress for her birthday party. When they were leaving that store
"Are you ok? You are being really weird." He said
"What do you mean?" She said
"You aren't shopping for me.." he said
She looked down, "I'm not going to force you into clothes you don't want to wear." She said
"Reign it's ok..I'm not going to get mad at you. Besides don't I need something for your party..and I kinda need help for my sister Jana's wedding in January. She basically threatened me if I showed up in black." He said
She bit her lip.
"I'm giving you permission Reign." He said
"Let's go get lunch.." she said
They went to the food court she made a new list as she ate food. He gave her Jana's number to see what he needed for her wedding and his future sister in law who is marrying Ryan.
She was done texting the two girls, she said "Can I ask you something?"
"That depends on what it is." He said
"Is because I'm at your house that you don't stay with Keely. Or do you not do sleepovers with her either?" She said
"I don't do sleepovers with any girl." He said
She looked down, "Reign it's not you. I just can't." He said
"Let's go finish up.." she said and grabbed all her bags.
They finished up shopping and headed home.
