clouds of the future

Y/n POV:

we were all walking around waiting for Aunt Wu to read the clouds. aperently she could tell if the valcano would eurrupt. Sokka walked around trying to convince people that these readings are wrong and stupid.

"this is redicoulus." Sokka groaned.

"oh c'mon Sokka this is fun!!" Aang exclaimed.

"Maybe for you but all of this is incorrect!" Sokka compalined

"oh c'mon Sokka your just mad your gonna make yourself misserably your whole life!" Katara told him, she was clearly happy with her reading.

"oh c'mon Y/n you're on my side right?" Sokka asked

"it's true so far for me" I shrugged.

"really what was it?" Katara asked. a faint blush came across my cheeks, as i recalled my fortune and what Lisa told me. she said i found someone who wouldn't let me suffer alone, is it Zuko or Aang? It could be Sokka for all I know!! it's was a very irritating for me to noe know the answers to this sort of thing.

"you'll have to just wait and see!" I told them. I wasn't ready to tell them, Sokka and Katara still think I was Zuko's prisoner... if they find out more they might know I like him back!!

"Y/n are you blushing?" Aang asked he seemed baffled. I froze for a moment.

"am I? huh I didn't notice." I played dumb, in truth I totally knew I was blushing. 

we all arrived at the town center, where people were crowding around to get a good view. Meng was attempting to flirt with Aang, who pushed her away to tell Katara the same thing! I chuckled slightly. when i tuned my head away I saw Sokka looking at me supprised.

"what? is there something on my face?" I questioned.

"No I just never heard you chuckle. it was cute." he told me, but me being oblivious didn't understand he meant that as a flirt.

"Uh thanks?" I replied awkwardly.  Aunt Wu finally showed up her prediction was kinda silly to me. This'll be a good year for twins apperently.

"The valcano will not erupt!" she exclaimed. the villiagers cheered in delight, then slowly disppursed. well most of them the rest stayed and mingled, eventually we went to an Inn i guess Aunt Wu booked it for us.

"this  is a  lovely town" Katara said smilling.

"yeah it is, too bad we can't stay longer." I sighed.

"well we can stay for a little longer can't we?" Aang questioned.

"are you kidding? we are all being hunted by that wacko from the fire nation!!" Sokka exclaimed. i knew he meant Zuko and my body immidietly tensed as I got mad.

"Y/n is something wrong?' Katara asked confused.

"Zuko he-" i tried to talk, and defend him but was interrupted by Aang.

"Are you still and about him holding you prisoner?" he asked, at this point i could tell the story he told Katara and Sokka, was actually his theroy of what happend. he's still 12 he can't handle the thought of me dating the enemy... even if he's not my enemy, he is Aang's enemy.

"yeah... what he did wasn't ok..." I spoke softly, I didn't know what to say.

Aang could NEVER know that I love Zuko...

the next day we all walked around we had to go shopping for supplies. Sokka gave Aang the worst dating advice I've ever heard!

"You gotta act like you don't care." sokka had told him, and for some odd reason Aang listend!?

Katra was not interested witch made me chuckle. around then a man gave a lady a pretty flower they hugged, well until Aang asked where to get the flower, Sokka went with Aang to get said flower, I went too, just to make sure they were ok.

"C'mon this ahs to work!" Aang said confidently.

"Yeah totally!" I reassured him. 

"I dunno Aang, my idea works better!" Sokka said confidently. when we finally got to the top Aang picked the flower in joy. unfortunetly we heard something from down below. 

"oh no..." Aang said scared. I don't blame him, after all the valcano was clearly about to erupt! we ran back to the town as fast as we could, we had to warn everyone! once we arrived backw e filled Katara in on what's happening.

no one actually believed the valcaono would blow, so we took matters into our own hands! after Aang took Aunt Wu's cloud book we took to the skies and changed the clouds, we ended up digging a huge trench to save the town!

after everything happened Aunt Wu told Aang that we can shape our own destiny.

"what about me?" i asked, she looked at me confused. "will i be able to make my own destiny too?" I questioned. Aunt Wu smiled at me, and nodded her head.

"We all can. if we belive in ourselves." she told me. a bit after that we left, we still needed to go to the northern water tribe!
